Fast/professional/quality Service I was very pleased with how well Livernois Collision handled my vehicle. All I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. They did a great job getting my baby back to new. She was less than a year old when I had the accident. The manager, Danny was very friendly and professional. My car was done RIGHT and when they said it would be done. I was given a nice loaner to prevent me from paying for a rental (I didn't have rental coverage at the time). My Kia Optima looked good as new when I picked her up just a couple weeks later.

So first let me say that it was a long wait, almost 3 months (due to parts on back order) but once I received my truck, I was beyond pleased. There were a few things that needed to be tweaked after but Dani took care of without hesitation. He made sure to keep my mind at ease and kept me updated in a timely manner. I highly recommend this collision shop in fact, I already sent him someone without his knowledge. If you need your car fixed, this is the shop no doubt. Danny is as a man of his word told me when my truck would be ready and it was. I took on Monday and picked it up Thursday. I had to take back the following Tuesday for a spot that was missed and they got me together with ease. It was ready for her same evening. He was kind and courteous at all times. I appreciate them for doing such a great job although it was a minor fender bender. I would highly recommend.
