I came to Los De Santiagos Auto Body last year to repair my car after an accident. I needed it done ASAP and had a limited amount of money to spend, they were willing to work with me and got it done quickly. Fast forward a year later, I went to roll down my window and the glass fell down. This is no longer my primary car, it is not used often and I hardly ever roll down the windows in the first place so It took me almost a year to even realize this was an issue. I called in, expecting they wouldnt do much but might fix it for an affordable price, but was so surprised that they were so quick and willing to cover it under the 4 year warranty they guaranteed on the work they did. Lots of places have "warranties" but those warranties usually have endless loopholes IMO, and never seem to be very simple. They told me to bring in my car whenever, and even after another week+ later when I dropped it off unannounced mid-day, they gladly took the keys with a smile and said they would try to get it back by the end of the day. Surely enough, an hour later they called that it was ready. And it was as simple as grabbing my keys and getting in my car. There were no additional fees, no additional loopholes and they did a wonderful prompt job. I was so extremely happy with the work they did initially- but to add on the service a year later is incomparable to any other shop I have been to in the past. Thank you all so much!! I will never go somewhere else for body work.

I was very pleased with the fast diagnosis of my tail gate window falling down into tailgate. They said it was a window cabling and had to order it from Riverside. It came faster than estimated and installed it next day. Very happy with the quality and workmanship. I plan on haven more repairs done at this establishment. Highly recommend!

Went in to get my front bumper fix/replaced and Los Santiago’s were highly recommended and I know why ! We cannot praise the team enough over at Los De Santiago Auto Body! We got into a minor accident, and needed repairs asap. We contacted the auto shop to see if they can get us in to do the repairs. Jessica up in the front office got us set up right away. We had to get our vehicle towed, and they handled everything so smoothly from start to finish. They took care of all the repairs in a timely manner, great customer service, great prices and quality work. At pick up, the owner greeted us walked us through the repairs. Highly recommend. My crashed his car and we only had liability insurance so all costs came out of pocket. I new I didn't want to deal with the big corporate places and we were lucky enough to find this place. Their communication was excellent. Everything they said they stuck to and they got the car fixed super quick as far as I'm concerned. They even told me how to save some money by getting some of the parts on Amazon and dropping off with the car. I have been working on cars for 20 years and hate to take any car to a shop but there are some things I can't do. For me to leave any kind of car shop 5 stars is a big deal and this place earns it without question. If you need body work done stop looking around and stop here.

Got my radiator replaced here after going to a different shop and had a terrible experience waiting an entire week just to get a quote. This place gave me a quote as soon as I dropped my car off. With everything going on in the world, I felt a calling to support a Latino-owned business. Normally, I take my cars to Faith Auto Body. With a wife and three adult daughters, it seems like we always have a car in the shop. When I brought my car to Los De Santiagos, I noticed right away that they were not on State Farm’s preferred list (which was my first red flag). At Faith, they always do a thorough walk-around and look for other issues they can fix while the car is already in the shop—like small dings or scratches—since they’re already working with the paint. I always thought that was standard practice. Here, however, I quickly realized that wasn’t the case. They refused to fix even a small door ding just inches away from the repair area. I had assumed it would be included, but instead they wanted to charge extra for every single detail. In the end, I felt nickel-and-dimed and left disappointed. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this business. That was my mistake.

Recently had body work done on my 1970 mustang's trunk, and while the overall body restoration and color match turned out great, I was really disappointed with the paint job. and reassembly work. When I went to put gas in the car for the first time, I discovered that the gas cap had been forced and glued on — apparently with wet paint, no gasket and missing screws. I had no choice but to damage the surrounding paint just to open it. Also, one of clamps on gas tank neck was completely loose, just hanging there. In addition, there are several small paint bubbles in a few spots, which really take away from what could have been an excellent finish. The craftsmanship on the bodywork itself was good, but whoever handled the painting and reassembly clearly rushed the job. If the gasket had been damaged or lost, they could have told me. We could have ordered a replacement or done something temporary to prevent damage—the gasket only cost $11. Update - gas tub neck was installed incorrectly as well. Gas cap got stuck again and I had destroy the it to get gas cap off yet.
