I’ve taken almost all my cars here for brakes , and other services including tires. I was so happy to have someone near me and they were all very nice and professional. I was bummed when I saw the price they charged me for a brake inspection even when I got my brakes there . 200 on top of the brake job. I was really disappointed they charged me to inspect them even when I did the work. I called around other shops to see if that’s a normal charge and it isn’t . They include that , especially if you get the work there.

I surprise they get review and thought its best but NOT TRUE I have new pads brake and I bring to Bradley Auto Service. I ask them for fix from old pads to new pads on front tires. The Man said no not need help and fix it. I ask them for pay labor. He said not allow for bring things to fix it. I said its simple fix it for half hours. they said no fix and help it. Not allow for simple or bring things. Please do not go there even not trust them

I took my diesel truck in for a diagnostic, and they quickly quoted $6,400 for new fuel injectors and wiring harness. I was shocked and towed it home to check myself. The reality? The FICM harness was simply unplugged. I plugged it back in, and the truck ran perfectly. Their "diagnosis" was 100% wrong! I contacted Joe for a refund or discount on the faulty diag. Over two weeks later, no response from him or the out-of-state owner - despite promises to call/email back. I was respectful and reasonable, but this feels like a total rip-off. Worst of all: They quoted diagnostic fee over the phone (knowing it was diesel), then doubled it on arrival, claiming a "diesel surcharge." Unbelievable bait-and-switch! Avoid this shop - they overcharge, misdiagnose, and ghost customers. Save your money and sanity!

Well, 😢 I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. After performing a scheduled oil change and installing new wiper blades on my Honda Civic. THEY TRIED TO USE HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS ON ME! I WENT INTO THE SHOP WITHOUT MY MAN! I was told that " your tires are really bad, and you have dry rot! Also you need a wheel Alignment, ASAP!" It was upsetting and scary to hear this. I told my man what happened HE was very upset! We took the car to a local reputable shop and they verified in writing that the tires are fine and no alignment was needed at this time. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!
