My husband is disabled and I am unable to install as well. So Brandon came outside to my vehicle and installed Both for me! ★☆☆☆☆ I bought brake pads from here but didn't end up needing them. On a previous visit to O'Reilly I asked them about there return policy and they told me if I didn't use them and there still in packaging isn't opened then I could return them. So I brought the brakes in today and they told me I couldn't return them because the box they came in looked a little weathered. The pads in the box were still packed and sealed in plastic unopened. So I asked for a manager. The manager walked over and before even reaching the counter he started telling me I couldn't return them. Without opening the box and looking at them. Very poor professionalism. I tried to explain what happened to the outside of the box and show him the pads in the box were unopened and he cut me off I stated he could not resale them and therefore would not let me return them. I was going to purchase pads for my truck and a few other things like I usually do, but because of being very dissatisfied with them I decided to not do business with them anymore.
