They do not carry filters for BMWs. Wasted my time sitting in drive thru for almost 2 hours just to get up front and to be told they can’t do it.

The service from the employees there was 5 stars. The only thing is that this particular location desperately needs either more bays or another location nearby. It took an hour and a half to get through there. At that rate I might as well go to the dealership. It'd be cheaper too. I won't be back, even though the staff was great.

My first 1st time coming here I sat in the left lane for over an hour with no movement while the right lane cars came and went. I backed out of the drive and went elsewhere. Gave them another shot today and the customer service was great. Service was fast and efficient.

They have no clue what they are doing. They try and blame your car brand on oil being to full when it’s the method of sucking the oil out dose not get done right. If a car takes 6 quarts it takes 6. Not because you don’t know how to fill it up. Or drain it.

The wait time is average 15-20min per car depending on what they're working. I had oil change, wiper change, and some extra check here and there like coolant, tire pressure, etc... They check everything from lights to fluids while changing your oil plus decent conversation with the workers. Overall, good first experience!!

Tried to tell my daughter that if she didn't put in a special European oil in her mini Cooper that it would damage her engine. Charged $160. The dealership does it for $150. Dishonest and an untrustworthy shop. Would not recommend to anybody.

For convenience it was great. However the tech asked if I was ok with 35 psi on all my tires. I never saw anyone go near my tires. So I asked did they put air in my tires. He said yes. My car can read my psi and he lied. My tires are at what they were before 29 psi.

Been here for over an hour, and you got people sitting on the floor watching other people work! The car in front of me hasn't been touched in 10 minutes. Nothing about this is instant. Will definitely never be coming back I could have done the oil change myself while waiting

Waited two hours no one told us how long the wait would be and when we finally had someone help us I noticed why. They where to busy talking to each other distracted by each other trying to get each others attentions trying to see who can get more attention from each other. I understand they can’t do much while working on individual cars but I don’t think your employees should be just talking to each other not informing the cars in line about the long inconvenience. You also had employees literally walking around back in forth “helping” when it could be a one person job. Consider cutting hours if you’re going to have so many employees stand around and do nothing. This one girl literally put gloves on walked to an ipad took them off and then went to put some back on then got on her phone before “helping” a costumer to pull their car forward mind you there was already someone doing that. We also had checked in twice because they forgot and didn’t communicate to each other that they had already done that. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from your employees.

Honestly the best Valvoline I have been to that consistently does right by their customers. I’ve been to other locations where their customer service is not up to par with this location. Think of chick fil a customer service but at valvoline. I have taken my cars here for a couple years now and I’ve interacted with pretty much all their staff and just like Steph curry… they don’t miss. Aha managers and assistance managers are amazing and they are killing it with making an amazing work environment for their employees. I’d seriously drive an hour and may have to in the future, just to have them service my cars. Keep killing it guys and gals!

I came in and the staff there were really unprofessional. I’m not usually the person to review but I waited almost two hours for an oil change that should take 30min max. It’s not cuz they were busy, they were talking to each other the ENTIRE TIME! It wasn’t small conversations they were just standing there talking while you have a line of cars waiting to hear about a status update for services they PAID FOR!! Talk to whoever you want but if you have the inability to multitask and it takes you from the job you’re PAID to do then maybe hold the conversation till your break time. Definitely don’t recommend this place
