I have gone to Tri-Vity Smog 2x and both times the people are very professional and super nice. The wait time in unbelievable. The first time I went, I did not have an appt but they got me in and out in minutes for a smog test. The 2nd time, I did make an appt and again, in and out in minutes. Super clean and like I said before, everyone there is very professional, nice and I most definitely recommend Tri-City over anyone!!

The smog technician and the lady that works there totally help me out with my car getting smogged as actually I bought the car with a out-of-state catalytic converter it didn't even have the hood badge in it and they helped me figure out what part I needed and how to get the hood badge that I needed to pass smog. These guys are great. I have an older Ford excursion always have a hard time getting a smog because it’s federally certified some smog places don’t know what that means. I also have an aftermarket catalytic converter because my catalytic converter was stolen about five years ago. These guys know their business know their stuff got me in and out

I received the dreaded “SMOG certification required” from the DMV so I headed to tri-city smog. Great, local business that was able to take me, as a walk-in, right away hassle-free. Process took about 20 minutes (they weren’t terribly busy when I went on a Saturday morning). Overall very happy with the experience and treatment as a customer.

This smog inspection shop has been in business for years, and they have a devoted following. My aunt has been taking her vehicles here for years and I know why. They are good at what they do. They get you in and out with the minimum of delay. Unfortunately her car did not pass because the car’s computer needed to reset after recent repair work. While I did pay a charge for the failed test, I was told that I would not be recharged to verify the car’s computer had reset. We drove the car around and took it back, but all of the codes had not cleared, and as promised we were not charged. We will be taking it back after driving it around some more. Good shop. Nice staff.

I love this place! The wonderful lady there is such an awesome gal! I’ve had my smogs done there several times and have had nothing but great experiences! My truck was stubborn this time and was throwing codes after changing the battery…the gentleman there and the lady were sooooo patient with me brining in my Betsy to get checked multiple times this week. Finally got the codes cleared to get the smog check and good ol’ stubborn Betsy passed! I loved their patience and the help they provided and highly recommend them! They were pretty quick too for a busy Saturday! God bless you all!

Very quick service, was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The receptionist/secretary was very friendly and helpful. The only small issue was my car reeked of cigarette smoke after the service, I am thinking they smoke in the garage while working. I had to drive home with all my windows wide open to air it out after. I would still definitely go back though.

This shop saved me time and a few bucks! Other shops were charging $65 for my car. They charged me $59. Not much of a difference but sometimes that little bit helps. Mike and his brother were very nice. Very fast service as well! I will definitely be coming back for a service and some other work. Thank you guys tons.
