Just got yelled at for trying to use their self checkout counter, then treated absolutely rude. I went across the street as I was only picking up two jugs of DEF fluid. Simple cash customer, no customer service whatsoever and definitely no experience in these employees. Go across the street to the other auto store... You might actually get a hello or thank you.

David and Mike saved me with changing my headlights. The small part was being a little stubborn, but the took their time and made sure they worked before I left. They didn't try and rush me at all and it was hot outside. I appreciate you both sooo very much Big asset to the company 🥰

If I could give negative stars I would. I like to call these guys desk jockeys. They can't find you anything without punching in your "year, make, model" They screwed up selling me fuel line. Gave me the wrong one. Charged me $10/ft for pressure rated line that I DIDN'T ask for; then when I inquired about the price they replied with "That's just what it is" $50 later and a bunch of useless fuel line I can't return. I will NEVER go back to an auto zone. I regret I tried them again Go to O'Reilly's across the street for some genuine knowledge and good people

I ran in 5 minutes before they were closing. It was raining and I needed new wipers. The 2 guys were super friendly and got me new wipers right away . I paid and the other guy walked in and said all done. He put my new wipers on for me and tossed the old ones. They were awesome

This auto zone in Menifee is extremely helpful. They greet you when you come in and ask if you need any help finding an item . They let you know your savings. The guy who waited on me Tues the 11th was polite, I wish I could of remembered his name. But I will go out of my way to go to that store.

And went into the store and he got the right ones I was going to try to figure it out myself when David came outside and asked if I needed help and I said yes probably and he put the 1st one on and taught me how to put the other one on!
