We have had the Louisville Automotive Shop take care of our vehicle several times and will continue to come back here for service. They instill confidence in the quality of their work and are fair in their pricing. We usually wait onsite. The staff is super personable and the facility is very comfortable. There is adequate seating, access to a clean bathroom, and free snacks. I would highly recommend!

Took my Merceds to Louisville Automotive Shop to diagnose the issues and find out whats it needs. Its a very clean and comfortable environment to start with. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about your cars needs. Id reccommend them to anyone. The repairs were expensive but its a Mercedes.

I generally never do reviews but I’ve received exceptional service from this business. The first time I had an issue with my Mercedes, I had no idea where to take it. I’m happy I found this shop! Everyone I’ve talked to there has been knowledgable, friendly, and professional. After finishing a thorough check of my vehicle, they sent a link to a detailed estimate for my approval before they continued. I had questions and they did an excellent job making sure I understood the issue and even provided pictures of the problem. I believe I’ve found the shop I can trust to keep my car on the road for many years to come.

Louisville Automotive were very honest ,fair and reasonably priced and kept me updated with progress on my car . I will definitely continue to use this company in the future. Also I thank the owner for him personally coming to pick me up in his personal truck,to bring me to pick up my car when finished at no cost to me ,this was a first in my experience. I would recommend this company whole heatedly . .

Quick turn around once they told me what the problem in my car was and i approved to get it worked on. Fee was high compared to estimates online, but still within the range I saw. 4 stars because i was assuming my car could be worked on at my appointment time in the morning. Instead I had to wait a whole day before I was able to pick it up.

The place is clean and the people are wonderful. However, I came in to get an alternator replaced and after the required inspection, part, and labor, I was charged about 6 times what I was quoted elsewhere. Great service and people, but the price is paying a premium.

Customer service is always amazing! Jeff & Denny made me feel confident in the repairs - happy to answer any questions or concerns. Plus they have financing. Never had any issues with the work but even if I did the 3 year warranty would put my mind at ease. Cleanest shop I have ever seen with snacks and tv and chargers. So glad I found this repair shop

The shop acquire enclosed, mirrored garage doors, and the window behind the front counter was blocked off. If you wanted to see progress not possible. Due to recent snow I had this shop replace one(1) power steering hose which I provided. And the bill to replace one(1) hose was over &1000.00. Pretty shop, lots of profit!

I've been going here for a few years now for oil changes and bigger repairs. On our 2 cars, we've had repairs and replacements for the radiator, an alternator, brakes, tires, and more. I do minor repairs myself but glad to have them nearby for work I'm happy to outsource. Ava is so friendly to talk to at the front and on the phone, and I feel that the current staff is honest about what repairs are urgent and which can wait. I also love that I can get in quickly and usually be out within a few hours or same day.

I visited the automotive shop located at 4409 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218 for service on my vehicle, and overall it was a decent experience with some things worth pointing out. The first challenge was parking. The lot is very limited in space, so if you arrive during a busy time, expect to squeeze in or wait for a spot to open. Inside, the customer lounge is small, with only four chairs. When I visited, I ended up being the fifth person waiting, which meant I had to stand until another customer’s car was finished. Not the most comfortable situation, but understandable given it’s a smaller shop. They do try to make the wait better by offering complimentary coffee, bottled water, and chips, which was a thoughtful touch. Payment is straightforward, but one important note is that they do not accept personal or company checks, so be sure to bring cash or a card. They also advertise a drop-off service within 5 miles, though when I asked, they couldn’t provide it that day due to short staffing. Another key policy to know is that a $65/day storage fee applies 72 hours after vehicle completion or service refusal. The highlight of my visit was the front desk lady, who was polite, attentive, and very helpful, making the overall experience better.
