I wish I had 80s bike that breaks just so I can give these guys my money. Sadly, it was just the best tire change experience I've ever had.

Awesome shop, they have experience with older motorcycles that some other shops won't touch. My bike runs better than ever thanks to them!

If you have a 50 year old Honda 50, or a 1937 Indian Chief, these are the people that can get it done. They are thorough and conscientious, measured and reasonable. They're not mechanics, they're scientists.

What a great place! The two gentleman that run the place are passionate about what they do and immaculate with the details. I came in for a quick rim job and they even tightened up my rear end for free!

I got a 40 year old bike that sat in a shed for 20 years without having any experience working with motorcycles. I took a stab at getting it going but couldn't get it to idle so I took the carbs to another shop in town where I was quoted $500-600. I had seen LowBorn online but wasn't sure they were a real shop because they didn't have a website or sign out front. I called and then went to talk to them and they said they would be happy to take my money but thought I could do it myself. Instead they gave me advice encouraged me to take another crack at it. Once I got it idling they helped me get the bike to their shop to sync the carbs and tune the idle and I was able to drive it home that night. A+ would recommend to anyone looking to work with vintage bikes rather than just throw money at issues.

Always quality work from these guys, from custom fabrication (built a custom exhaust for my RD60) to general maintenance. Would reccomend (and do) to anyone with a vintage bike they need help with.

My experience here raised my bar for what I want out of a motorcycle repair shop. They were patient, professional, and efficient. 11/10 recommend. ALSO there's a community garage in the back!! These guys really know their stuff and they're building a community around it. What a gem to have here in Rochester.

I’ve been servicing my bikes at a local motorcycle shop and had been quite disappointed with their customer service. With 2 days before the weekend, the shop I was using said they couldn’t work on my new Ural sidecar motorcycle even though they had it sitting at their shop for 3 days! I looked online and found Lowborn Garage. I called and Keith was awesome! I dropped the bike off that Wednesday at 9pm and they had it fixed and serviced by Friday afternoon so my daughter and I could enjoy the motorcycle at our cottage over the weekend. He was thorough, had amazing communication and fair pricing. With service like this, they will be working on my 3 motorcycles for years to come. I don’t give reviews often; call Lowborn Garage.

Great place. My ride is an '89. If they'll work on it for me, I'll be bringing it to them. Didn't talk to James except to say hello, but Keith took the time to talk to me about my repair and how to put it all back together. Hard to find that kind of personal service nowadays.

True Craftsmen....Hard to find a team with the passion the boys at Lowborn have. Both James and Keith are very talented at crafting the parts and pieces together fabricating a motorcycle into a working art form. They are both a pleasure to deal, they listen well, provide on point suggestions and humbly take your dreams and marry them with there own. I am very proud of the work they have done for me and can't wait to get to the next project.
