I won't be back. This is a first come first served type of service. Two people that came after me got their vehicles pulled in and serviced while mine was still in the parking lot. I was told it would be $79. When the guy came to explain what he did, there was no mention of any extra charge. When I paid it was $100. Poor customer service. You need to ask the customer if they are ok with the extra service/ charge. Then when I got in my truck the dashboard was not set back to where I had it and the inside lights and the headlights had been changed. DO NOT mess with customers settings.

Nice receptionist and got in pretty quickly as a walk in for oil change only. The price for an oil change was 75.00 so I will look around for a cheaper cost for my future oil changes. A girl that checked out before me received a 25.00 discount because she was a college student but I was told they do not offer any discount to a senior citizen. ☹️

I've been taking all of our vehicles here for years and continue to be very happy. Price is in line and they are always courteous and professional. Sometimes I stay in the vehicle and they have no problem with that but otherwise they have a comfortable lounge, wifi & coffee.

Got an oil change in a timely manner. However, I wanted to get my tires rotated and they told me that it looked like I waited to long to rotate them, which I hadn’t, and it would be hard to get some of the lug nuts off. So they couldn’t do it. I’ve never heard that before and was pretty confused. So I ended up driving next door to discount tire and they rotated them without issue. So not sure I’ll go back to Lucas for anything but oil, if even that now.

I have been taking my two vehicles here for several years. They are always busy but I seem to get in and out pretty quickly. They are not high pressure sales on air filters or wiper blades but they will let you know if you need them. I did have them forget to reset the computer to remove the change oil warning notification, (just once) but when I went back they apologized and fixed it immediately. It always costs more to have a shop change your oil than doing it yourself, but the convenience is worth it. It took about 30 minutes from handing the guy my keys to pulling out of their lot. It's clean in the waiting area and the workers are always pleasant. They have snacks, drinks and a massage chair. They also have large video monitors above the shop access door so you can watch the mechanic crew work on your car, if you are concerned about shops doing what they say they are gonna do.

Very clean establishment, and very quick and courteous service. I noticed a woman actively checking and cleaning the waiting room and restroom, which was nice to see. I understand the need to upsell products and services aligning with customer needs. However, I had purchased all new tires and had them balanced and aligned last week. I was told at Lucas Oil that my tires needed to be rotated, which was disappointing. Otherwise, everything was great.

They do good service work on the vehicle but when you make an appointment, they don’t actually start on your car then - don’t expect that is actually your apt time. I made a 8:00 apt so I could get in and out and was told 1.5 hr so should be done around 9:30. I live in Newburgh so I didn’t leave. I also didn’t bring a laptop or anything because I should have been done by 9:30. I show up and another car is ahead of my car. I ask when are they starting on mine and was told my apt was 8-11 so they just have to finish in 3 hrs!!! That’s the reason I don’t do oil changes here because they move the cars in different order than when they get there. I would not have brought my car at 8 if they were not going to look at it until much later. It’s like they don’t value your time. So now I am stuck here for 3 hours on nye when I had other things I could be doing. Edit they did apologize for taking longer due to someone being out sick. They do great work here.

So I have had issues with them leaving bolts out of the underpinning they have to remove to change the oil. First time it was a day later after oil change at west side and it fell down as my wife was driving. She had to pull to side of road and have someone come get her until I could go fix it. I had to go pull the 1 bolt that was left out of 9 that hold it up to get it home. I then replaced all 9 bolts. Since then I check for all 9 bolts before and after I take it in. Wife took it to the east side location, all 9 bolts present before and after oil change it was missing 2 bolts. Called them and told them. Said to bring it back next day to replace bolts so I did. Next oil change at West side. Checked before driving across the street from my work to drop off and all 9 bolts present. Told the technician at the desk to confirm that they put all bolts back in underpinning because I have had this issue multiple times. He assured me they would check. I check after oil change and missing 2 bolts on the side as well as the metal clips the bolts go into and some of the 7 bolts installed were loose. Took it back. Said they couldn’t find the bolts or metal clips. Manager said the technician told him they weren’t present. I told him I confirmed before driving across the street that they were present. They put a plastic clip in one side and nothing in the other side because now the holes are torn. Obviously from pulling down the under pinning without removing the 2 side bolts pulling the bolts and clips out tearing the holes. Told me they would get clips / screws to replace. 3 weeks later nothing. Have called the administration line and left a couple of messages with no return call or even an attempt to make it right. I guess they aren’t used to people actually knowing and / or checking what’s going on under their cars like me.

Had the differential fluids and transmission fluids changed on Expedition 4 months ago. Today I crawled under to change my oil the skid plate was missing one bold the under pinning in front of it and in back was just laying on top of the skid plate not attached to anything. I would love to here the owners reply to this.

I recently had my oil changed here and experienced some transmission issues over a month later. After taking the vehicle to another mechanic, it was suggested that the issue was a result of the oil change. However, after further investigation, it turned out that the transmission problem was completely unrelated to their service. Despite this, the team at Lucas Oil Center - Evansville West was incredibly understanding, easy to work with, and exceptionally professional throughout the entire process. They patiently listened to my concerns, helped me explore the issue, and were genuinely concerned about my situation. What truly impressed me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Even though the transmission problem wasn't their fault in any way, they went above and beyond. This level of care is remarkable and speaks volumes about their integrity and dedication to their customers. I highly recommend Lucas Oil Center - Evansville West for their excellent service, their professionalism, and their genuine care for their customers. They have definitely earned my trust and future business!

Cody and Will are some of the best and hardest works and all around great guys.This is one of the best places to come for an oil change also great atmosphere. I'm not sure what has happened to this location. The people working there done seem to care about providing a good service. I asked for synthetic blend oil change, I was given full synthetic. The name was correct on the bill, not the vehicle, address, or phone number. I don't think they even looked at my trucks odometer. The recorded number was 162,xxx mile and a return to service at 167,xxx. I have 175,xxx miles on my truck. They did this on my previous oil change also. Which I pointed out, and they did it again. Lucas Oil on the West side just lost a customer.

First time I've been here. I picked the $49.99 package, which included a 21 point inspection. It took a good hour - hour/half to get my vehicle finished, but it was worth the wait. They were very professional, the facility is very clean, very nice atmosphere! They came and explained everything thay had done to my Jeep. You can watch them working on your vehicle with the "Pit Crew Cam", which I thought was really neat! They did not try to upsell me on anything. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because it ended up being more than the advertised price, due to extra quarts of oil etc. I will definitely go back!
