Not sure what rating I can give as it's impossible to reach anyone from the service by phone. After endless music, you'll end up on the same answering machine time after time.

If you give your contact information here, the spam never stops. Also, they are one of the few Toyota dealerships that does not allow a 1,000-mile grace period for Toyotacare; they will refuse you the service if you are even 1 mile over the allowed mileage. Buy and service your care elsewhere to save .

Brandon Hancock was very helpful with my 2010 Prius and explained to me all the problems that needed to be addressed. Their shuttle service was very helpful as well. Highly recommended and great service!

Don't Waste your Time with Kenny Kent, Drive to Jasper. I bought a 2023 Hybrid Camry in Dec 2022 from Uebelhor in Jasper. I bought from them because they had the car I wanted and were very helpful and responsive. I have been waiting for the letter stating I can get my second key FOB. When I received my letter, it stated that I could schedule an appointment at any Toyota dealer. Kenny Kent is closer than Jasper so I called them to schedule. When I called I got the initial operator and informed why I was calling, she then forwarded me to another person, I then explained to that person why I was calling, and was transferred to a third person. This person then scheduled me for an appointment but said I needed to talk to another person to give them my VIN number so that they could ensure the right FOB was ordered. I was transferred but sent to a voicemail. I left my reason for calling and requested a call back to give them my VIN number. By the end of the following day, I had not received a return call yet. So I called them back. The phone was answered by the first person and explained the situation and was placed on hold for a solid five minutes before I was transferred back to the original phone message. I pressed the number for the service department again and it was answered by the same person. I reexplained the situation again. I was transferred to another person, they said I need to speak to Kevin and assured me they would give him the message and also sent me to his voice mail. I left another voicemail. Approximately 1 1/2 hours later, I got a call from Kevin saying that I needed to speak to another person in the parts department and that he would transfer to that person's phone. I got another voicemail. At that point I was fed up and highly doubted that I would ever get the right person and doubted that if I showed up for my appointment that they would have the right part. I hung up and called Uebelhor. The first person that answered at Uebelhor cheerfully said, "yes I can schedule you for that". She took my information and scheduled me right then and there. I will be driving up to Jasper for everything and not try to mess with the disorganization and chaos at Kenny Kent.

Ripped my papaw off, changed the oil and after they changed it it was still a quart low, they held it for months because they had to "back order" a part, when really they just didn't want to work on it, claimed the vehicle was too rusty to work on which is BS I've seen and helped take it apart before and wasn't rusted out. Over charged for spark plugs change. They basically charged him almost a thousand dollars just to change the oil and spark plugs when it was supposed to be a thousand to do alot more than that amd they lied and made excusesas to why they didn't do it. Complete rip off, cheapskates that take advantage of old people. So don't come here unless you wanna pay 120 bucks for an oil change and 50 dollars to dispose the oil.

Arranged online. Dropped in and relaxed in the lounge. 30 minutes later I'm on my way. Excellent!

Kenny Kent services are questionable in my opinion. Bought a 2022 Avalon xle (premium price). Inspection Sheet showed no issues with car. At 2nd oil change blew off left front tire noise issue as no problem (employee not allowed to drive car to listen). Inspection 6 months after purchase recommended new tires, new brakes. Got a question-save it. Always pass buck to someone else as they are „“just in sales“ „““that’s what our service guys say“. Find a good mechanic-KK service not recommended and their pricing is well above reasonable costs

Work on the vehicles is fine. However, customer service needs work. I usually take my Toyotas there while I'm getting the free services and once those stop, switch to somewhere cheaper and more convenient. I've never been super impressed with their customer service so have zero customer loyalty feelings towards them. I have also had to try and call in to get simple questions answered and get hung up on more than a few times. One day I just called to see if they had any cancellations I could squeeze into. Not a hard question in my opinion. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then the phone line disconnected. That was not the first time that happened. Either they need a new phone system or the people at the desks taking calls really don't want to do their jobs.
