Had mostly body work installed, which looks great. As far as the new airbag installed, I am very unpleased. The steering wheel cover was cracked in a few places and missing screws to hold it together, which made a grinding sound everytime I made a turn. Also my radio no longer works although it worked fine whenever I dropped it off at the shop.

I had gotten a quote through a different (well known) body shop in town for a minor finder bender and was quoted over $4,000...took it to Gary's and they took care of ALL the same problems for under $1,000. Truck looked great and I am going back for all of my care maintenance needs and recommend them to everyone as well.

Gary's Body Shop is a dying breed. A small, personable shop that is owner operated. I have always preferred shops/businesses that have vested accountability and take personal pride in their work. Gary's Body Shop is exactly that type of place. Gary is a pleasant and knowledgeable guy and delivers a quality product at a very reasonable price. He clearly is a person with integrity and I trust his word. Great shop!

Gary's Body shop treated me with respect and compassion after my car was totaled and was towed to their business on First Avenue. They even had an SUV for sale that I considered buying, but didn't. These are very good people to work with and I recommend them if you ever have a car wreck or just need some body work done. Excellent experience.👏

Our son was in an accident in Eville. We live in Indy. Gary not only took the car in and started on it as soon as insurance came out for an estimate, he stayed in constant communication with us the entire time. Super responsive, kind and trustworthy. We were so scared to trust our son’s car to someone without ever meeting them, but Gary took care of our son’s car and got him back on the road in a week. The only complaint I have is that Gary doesn’t live in Indy. I would trust this guy every time. Gary isn’t 5 stars, he’s 10.
