I went with a damaged car (Toyota Matrix) to his shop and he said that the car not be repaired and was better to sale as a scrap metal. I gave him the car, and he sold me an used car. The used car had a lot of heating issues and at the end I move to another repair shop and they found the problem. But the big surprise was he re-sealed the "junk car", inclusive, he did not remove the stickers. I saw the car parked in Washington Square Mall in Evansville. Patino's deceive us, taking advantage from our car situation.

If you looking for a mechanic, this is the one! Best work I had in town, even better than the dealer. He solve the problem from its origin for good. If my car goes down, here where I go. Caution: be restrict with your timing. If not you're car will be fixed but will take longer than expected! Even though I was annoyed many time because of their lateness, I still goes there because I know my car will be fixed and I won't worry about it.

Mr. Patino is a very hard worker and knowledgeable professional. Kirk, an employee, is also very versed in car care. I was told by a "reputable" mechanic shop in town I needed to spend over $900 on a compressor (with labor). I had Rad check it out and he found out it was a leak in the line and it ended up being less than $200 fix. He also repaired the back hatch handle that had come off and a side mirror, separate transactions. He is very forward and won't bullcrap you. His hourly rate is $75 for labour, which is more affordable than most other shops and definitely the dealerships. Thanks again Rad for everything. My family will be using Patinos for all it's car needs.

My service engine light had came on and I went to an auto parts store to have it diagnosed. It was the o2 sensor. I bought one and tried to replace myself but didn't have any luck. I was recommended Patinos Automotors. Rad had it changed in less than 5 minutes. He didn't charge me anything either. 100% recommend and thank you very much

Always up front about what repairs will need to be done. Most reasonable pricing in the entire tri-state area. Had bought a new shift linkage for my GMC Yukon. I didn't want to mess with trying to replace it myself so took it to Rad. He looked under the vehicle to assess the situation and found that the linkage only needed to be tightened. He proceeded to fix the problem for me free of charge. He even refused my money when I tried to pay him something for saving me the $200 + I was going to get refunded for the shift linkage cable I didn't need. He is an honest man and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He will take the time to explain what service he will be doing and why it needs to be done. I will continue to only use his services on every vehicle I own now and in the future. Just can't say enough about this shop and their character. He could have easily told me to come back later, tightened the linkage, charged me, took the part back on his own for a refund and pocketed hundreds of dollars and left me happy and nun the wiser. But he didn't. That speaks volumes about this shop and about Rad. Whenever I meet anyone or overhear anyone in need of mechanic work I will, with confidence refer them to Patino's and Rad and his team. Always proud to send people your way Rad, thank you for what you do and for being a stand-up guy.
