Got a flat tire in the middle of the working day and other shops didn’t answer the phone. When we called Luckey’s they answered right away, told us they would check out our tire in-between cars and within the hour they called us back. Great communication! Good service! This place is so great. I have large and rare tires on my truck and they’re usually very hard to find. Twice now they’ve had my tires in stock, got me in right away and changed them out quickly. They changed out my 2 front tires for winter in less than a half hour. N the tire prices are phenomenal. Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about them!!! Bryan was my tech and he was great. Thank you!

I needed what I thought was a quick patch job on my tire that was flat. Turns out, it was not possible to patch it considering where the hole was. But...Luckey's took about 15 seconds to see if they had a used spare (with good treads still), and they did, and less than 20 minutes later, I was driving home. Thank you! Trustful and great service, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I called this morning asking if they could patch a tire and was told I could bring my car in right away so they could take a look at it. Once I got there they fixed it immediately and it was so quick! (They also gave my dog a treat which she enjoyed.) Everyone there was awesome. I had a sudden tire issue on the highway and was incredibly relieved to find Luckeys! They took me in immediately and identified the problem within minutes. The technician who assisted me was absolutely fantastic! He offered to order new tires, but they wouldn't arrive until the next morning, and I needed to return to Chicago that day. He discussed my options and the risks associated with each choice. When I decided it would be best to finish my trip on a spare rather than risk a tire burst, he changed my tire for me. He even placed the spare on a towel to keep my car clean—a considerate gesture from a fellow girl dad. I highly recommend Luckeys for their quick and caring service.

We’ve worked with Lucky’s several times on tire related issues - flat replacements, tire sensor issues - and they’ve always been excellent. They’ve always been reasonably priced, easy to work with. I just came in today at 730AM for help with a tire with a side wall puncture, and they’ve had a new tire ordered and replaced before 9AM.

I had the pleasure of visiting Luckey’s a while back after discovering a nail in my tire. The shop came highly recommended by a close friend of mine, and now I completely understand why. From the moment I pulled in, the service was nothing short of stellar. Even though they were clearly busy with other vehicles, the staff member at the front desk didn’t hesitate—he graciously agreed to take care of the issue on the spot. That kind of immediate, walk-in service is rare and speaks volumes about the generosity and hospitality of this business. The nail was located in a repairable area of the tire (in the tread, not the sidewall), which made for a safe and proper fix. The technician applied the necessary patch material, and had me back on the road in just 15 or 20 minutes. Quick, efficient, and kind the entire way through. Not only was the service top-notch, but the price was also very reasonable—especially considering how quickly and professionally they took care of everything. I don’t remember the exact cost, but it was absolutely affordable and worth every penny. I’m writing this review five or six months later because I wanted to be sure the repair held up—and it has. That tire has given me zero issues since. What stuck with me most, though, was just how gracious and efficient the experience was. Luckey’s has absolutely earned my trust and future business. If I need anything else done on my vehicle, I’ll be heading straight back here. Highly recommended!

10/10. I had my Kia stolen and bought a cheap car to at least get back and forth to work. All of a sudden the car would not go in reverse and was making a clunky noise. I took it to Luckeys preparing for the worst news possible and the guys at the shop took care of me . They are honest, that’s for sure. It will be my go to shop from here on out. I brought my SUV in for replacement of tire sensors. Hyundai brand. I was aware that Ryan might not be able to program. Ryan should have told me he couldn't program from the start because his scanner was not Hyundai.Instead he installed all 4 sensors that he couldn't program. Knowing from the start that his scanning tool wouldn't be able to activate/program sensors. A Hyundai scanner is needed. I sent a letter to the owner as found online. Been over a month now and still no response. Not too smart.
