Car was in an accident, called this place to have them check some things out and instead of charging me an arm and a leg they told me to first go get an alignment and tackle the easier things first before ripping the car apart. Great Honest shop, a lot of places would just say yes to whatever work you ask for to be done and take your money even if you don't even need the work done. We need more honest businesses like these guys, I'll be coming back if I ever need any work done or if my truck problem continues.

I highly recommend this body shop! It was so easy to work with Andrew and Victor. They took care of everything including helping me get a loaner car through Enterprise, which my insurance covered. They did a fantastic job making my car pretty again! Plus, my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. The waiting area was clean and I felt comfortable there. They dealt with the insurance company for the most part. Luigi’s made it so easy for me. Wonderful customer service!

They did a great job replacing my bumper, undershield, fog light, wheel wells and lower grill. The bumper was a perfect paint match even though it's a rare special paint. The pricing is reasonable and they work well with insurance companies. P.S. watch out for ice and snow.

I found Andrew to be honest and fair. The work was done for the price quoted to me. The new fender, paint, and blend look great (see photos below). He gave me an assessment of my options, their associated costs, and what results I could expect. They touched up a rust spot I didn't ask them to do and didn't charge me for. I was surprised to find the inside of my car clean when I picked it up. (It was pretty dirty when I brought it to Luigi's.) Andrew is a person I would be happy to do business with again in the future. The first photo below shows the fender after they did the work, the second is the "before" picture.

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism and referral-worthy service provided by Victor and Andrew here. My vehicle needed a simple hood repair and re-paint. Andrew provided me with an estimate in under 15 minutes. I was able to schedule easily, a rental vehicle was arranged for me, the process overall could not have been easier. I picked my ride up today, and my jaw dropped bc they took the time to vacuum my vehicle and wash the floor mats!! I intended to clean my vehicle out before I dropped it off and didn’t get to it. I am an extremely busy person and it just meant so much to me that they went out of their way to take such great care of my vehicle!! I will NEVER go anywhere else for body work, and neither should you!! BIG thanks to Victor and Andrew and their crew, I will be telling everyone I know about my stellar experience!!

My son needed work done on his car after someone hit him. The guys at Luigi's were AMAZING to him! They helped him through the process and gave him very fair pricing, not taking advantage of the fact that he's a young adult. I drove my son to pick up the car after the work was finished, and they were so incredibly friendly and very proud of their work, which was perfect. Hopefully we won't need body work done on any more vehicles, but if we do, we will be back! Highly recommended!

Andrew runs a great local body shop in an industry that’s being taken over by large companies buying out all the local shops. Recently my car was hit in a parking lot and in need of a new taillight and repair to my bumper. A family member recommended Luigi’s Auto Body for repair and I was extremely satisfied with their service! Victor and Andrew were very kind, honest, and professional. They helped me get the claim sorted out with person’s insurance, reached out to State Farm, & all I had to do was bring the check from the insurance and they took care of the rest! Not a dime out of my own pocket ☺️ they even reached out to Enterprise and set me up with a rental car because the other party’s insurance covered rentals. I definitely felt my car was in good hands when I dropped her off ☺️ in about two and half days, my car was ready for pick up! My car looks good as new!! Such a smooth and easy process thanks to Andrew and Victor. Also their office was very clean and well organized! You don’t always see that at an Auto Body shop! Shows they are considerate to their customers needs, and I really appreciated the clean atmosphere! I will most definitely recommend Luigi’s to anyone who needs auto work done. Luigi’s is the best! My daughter’s car was hit while away at college and I got to (thankfully!) choose the shop doing the repairs. I talked to three shops and went to two in person, and the choice was easy. The team at Luigi’s does amazing work at a fair price, and explains how everything will be done and what the options are. They told me it would be finished Friday, but were able to get my car back to me two days earlier which was awesome. They also cleaned my car for me which I didn't expect but totally appreciated.
