A friend highly recommended this shop.. My muffler was loose.. A total nightmare. Late in the evening..They were able to fix my problem even when other shops didn't even have the time to glance at it. I thought all hope was lost. Very affordable...

They don't believe in negotiation, they greety for money, I paid them 93.00 for nothing, they wanted 388.00 to put a master cylinder on. I will Never go back or send anyone there. Two Thumbs down for Luna's for me.

They don’t answer calls. Didn’t even attempt to start on a work that they said it will take 2 hours. I picked up my vehicle without the repairs and got it done at another shop in a day. This place is a joke!

GREAT SERVICE! Took my 2003 Expedition in to have a spark plug and coil pack replaced because it was way up under the fire wall and I couldn't get to it. They offered me a couple scenarios and fixed it within a couple hours. It's been several months and still runs perfect. Very affordable too.

If I could give only one star, I would. I had been using Luna Auto Services (Juan) for many years on my vehicles. But it seemed like whenever I took one in, something else was wrong when I got it back. I just figured they were old cars and were starting to show their age. But when I purchased a vehicle from him for thousands of dollars, we had problems with it right away and took it back numerous times and he kept telling me it was fixed. I finally took it to another mechanic and explained what was wrong and asked them to look at it. They came back and told me (and showed me) the workmanship was shoddy and where there were supposed "new parts", the parts, in fact, were not. I had to then spend thousands more getting it fixed right. I called Juan to ask him about the "new parts" he put on and he stated he had the receipts and would find them and call me back. I have not heard from him since, even though I have tried to reach him many times. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your car to him.

I went here for a when my window was busted on my brother's car at first which was decent but it squeaked for months. I took my car in for it shutting off. He said he got a code about my fuel pump and needed to order the part. I was out of work for a week.. when he fixed for almost $600, my engine came back on. Wouldn't you know it was the same code as before? I was irate. I spent all this money in vain? He does this all the time, where he makes it worst or keep telling you to spend more money like he told me since he didn't know what it was. I won't be back. Too bad because he had the sweetest dogs.

We recently located to the area and was searching for an auto shop. We came across Juan Luna Auto Repair Shop. We used their services a couple of times before, although we were not completely satisfied, we went back because their prices were reasonable. Earlier in the year we took the car to Juan Luna for a catalytic converter replacement. Now eight months later we having the same problem. I took the car back to him. I was informed the part is under warranty. They will replace it, but I had to pay for the labor, which he quoted was $120. I had mentioned for them to check my serpentine belt, when they did I was told it needed to be replaced. I gave the okay to replace it. I received a call when the car was ready and my total was $205. When I arrived at the shop and asked for my receipt. The belt has not been replace. I asked why the balance was $205. I was informed by Juan Luna, it's for the labor. I then reminded him, he quoted me $120. Then he said " the prices are based on what the computer generates" I asked him if the prices are based on the computer, why wasn't I quoted that price in the first place. He didn't have an answer. Then he offered to lower the price to $160. I didn't understand if all things are done by computer, yet you throwing different prices at me. Not to mention, not a person in the store could tell me why my belt wasn't done. It was totally forgotten. When my husband went to talk to him about what had happened. He then added insult to injury. He told my husband we were making a big deal over $30, he wasn't realizing it wasn't about money. It was about business and principle. If the price you quoted was subject to change, I should have been informed. I should have been informed my belt was not replaced. It was bad business. If you planning on going to Juan Luna, just make sure to be clear about everything, but I would stay away all together.

By far the absolute best mechanic in Murfreesboro. After having my car damaged by other mechanics that left my car in worse shape than before, Lunas was able to get my car back to running to how it was before. Best customer service I’ve experienced and very honest. They saved headache of a car. Very VERY pleased with my experience. Recommending to everyone I know and will be a returning customer!!!

I came in to get my radiator fixed. They repaired the radiator but did not replace the radiator cap. Nor did they tell me my vehicle needed a new one upon me leaving. 5 days later my car over heats. I took my car back to them and was told the radiator fluid leaked on the HEAD GASKETS causing my car to break down. They charged me $200 to do a quick fix and $200 more for storage fee for something THEY damaged and failed to notify me of! Car was never fixed. Will NEVER be back. I shouldn’t have had to pay something that was never repaired and was their fault. Period.

I was bringing my own parts they kept making exuses after exuses to take it to the dealership was there since July and it’s now November 1st and they kept pressuring me to come get my car and wasn’t even ready and the young lady in the office was telling me how they usually do that and they just made me waist a lot of money and they couldn’t even fix it were blaming the dealership for the wrong parts even though they didn’t know what they were doing half the time un responsible! I took my car to a local in-network repair shop due to an accident. After they “fixed” my car, my check emissions light came on shortly after I picked it up. I took my car to Luna Auto, and the technician not only figured out the issue in less than an hour, he explained to me why the light came on as well. Basically the previous repair facility failed to do something they were supposed to. The staff at Luna Auto is not only professional, but also very kind and fair too! Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to Juan and his staff…you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks again for all of your help!

Apparently they'll 'forget' they told you to come by to look at your car and just deny service. Oh and if you are a woman, please be careful because the mechanic or whomever is working on the cars will stare at you to the point of uncomfortability for example with the photo below.
