Mazda of Fargo's Express Service first rate. Upon arrival, Service Advisor Austin Ridgway greeted me and he would and said he start the scheduled service right away. He kept me informed on status and twenty minutes later the service was completed and we were reviewing the Express Service Inspection. You could not ask for better people or service!

Editing to modify rating/review: On Monday (6/17/24) at 10am, I brought in my vehicle for an oil change. I did not get my car back until 1pm. (To be fair, they offer rides to those in the waiting area, but I sincerely did not think an oil change would take that long! Glad I brought a book.) After paying for the service, I asked Miles if 3 hours was a standard amount of time for an oil change & was informed that yes, it was, because in their service bay they have other cars also being worked on at the same time & we're basically all competing for each mechanic's attention. Pretty astonishing if I may say so. One nice thing I should mention is you do get a free car wash coupon stapled to your receipt. I still enjoyed my car-buying experience I had in at Lunde in December, and every employee is very nice, but for future oil changes I'm absolutely going elsewhere. ----- Fantastic experience all-around. Every person we encountered here was excellent, from the sales folks, the service dept, down to the fellow who gives you a ride when your car is being worked on. No one was ever pushy or made us feel pressured. I'd recommend Lunde to anyone looking to buy or trade in their vehicle. Kind, personable, trustworthy folks working here.

I had my vehicle towed in to inspect for possible damage. They called me as the inspection process continued and gave me up to date information. They also mentioned a recall out for my vehicle and repaired my vehicle in the same time period my vehicle was there. Staff were friendly and professional. This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Lunde...our salesman, Afrim Beciraj took time to listen to our price point, wants, needs and concerns...retention is the best part of business, I will always trust Lunde Mazda when it's time to purchase a vehicle and will recommend they ask for my friend, Afrim...just another satisfied customer!! 8/23/23 Again Lunde's customer service is superior!! My daughter's car had a sqeak in the brakes, so Myles test drove it and it needed brakes and rotors. During the 20 pt. inspection, there was absolutely no oil on the dipstick!! It had pooled in the valve gasket cover...it was leaking. Fixed! My daughter is recovering from a brain injury and has never been good with maintaining her car. Miles and the service dept have been so good to her. Any little question or problem she is having, they drop everything to help her...I love this place and will drive 180 miles to have my KIA serviced there also while visiting my daughter. Knowing they keep my daughter safe in her car makes me feel that not every place is about taking your money, it's great customer service and retention!!

Scheduled a service appointment at Mazda of Fargo. Had some issues with my Mazda CX-5, specifically an overheating concern. Miles greeted me and got me situated when i arrived. I really appreciated being informed throughout the whole process. Ended up being a serious issue with my radiator. I was given a quote with pictures and an explanation. Service was performed quickly and was glad to have my vehicle back sooner than expected. Overall I was glad i chose Mazda of Fargo for my services, and will be glad to return to them in the future with my business.

Lunde provided the best experience I’ve had at an auto dealer. I was impressed with every step of the process. Pricing was fair and the process was smooth. I left feeling great about the entire transaction. I had a bad experience with a different local dealership in the past, so I was hesitant to even get the ball rolling on the process of trading my vehicle in. Exactly what a good dealership experience should be. Service was fast, good quality inspections, and nice people. There were lots of good amenities like free coffee and popcorn in the waiting room, and the oil change and vehicle inspection took minutes vs hours like at other dealerships. I was coming into Fargo from out of state and knew I was getting close to my scheduled maintenance on my Mazda Miata. I called the Mazda dealer just before they closed and they had me in at 7:00 am the next morning at Lundy express. They were friendly and efficient. The office staff were fun to interact with as I waited and I was out with an oil change, tire rotation and a complete inspection report in no time. The best part to me was they were cheaper and quicker than my own dealer in Kansas City! I was very impressed and would use them all the time if I lived within a hundred miles of Fargo. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Made an appointment on line for 11:30. I got a text the day before to remind me of my appointment, they took my car in immediately when I pulled up, I had a cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, my car was ready in about 15 or 20 minutes. The service tech explained everything they did, the receptionist was friendly and I got a free car wash as well. Excellent place to bring your car.

Car buying has always been a hassle, and I really can’t remember a time where it was enjoyable, but Conner, Miguel and the whole team at Lunde Mazda were incredible! I got a very fair price for my trade and walked out with a new Mazda CX5 inside a couple short hours, and when I was waiting, I never felt like I wasn’t a priority. Coming from more than two hours away, I spent the last several weeks working through the details of the purchase, mostly over phone, primarily speaking with Mohammed. The transparency and consistency from start to finish of the transaction was professional and straightforward, and the deal that was worked out over the phone was the one I had when I left the dealership.
