CALLING THE ATTENTION TO ALL PEOPLE IN THE AREA AND ABROAD........ Lux Motors by far is one THE Best Car Dealerships to Purchase an excellent vehicle from!!! Their are several reasons why Lux Motors is Trusted and Respected and are based off of my own personal experience. The first is The Very Kind and Professional Customer Service that I received. I was very comfortable and informed of every step that was required. Secondly, Zhide, the owner of Lux Motors, was eager to suit my preference of a vehicle and concerned about making my life better. Please understand this is very important to me. He helped the process go smooth and efficiently. I Trust him for sure. Finally, the vehicle I purchased is one of the best vehicles that I have ever had. It is a Acura Suv RDX all wheel drive turbo. The vehicle is in brand new immaculate condition and my Daughter Loves it, which is important to me. I feel this was a great choice to end the year!!!!!!! Zahid Khan is exemplary. I have purchased cars in the past but this experience was stress free, easy and honest. Zahir was very professional, yet retained an approachable, knowableable and friendly code, Zahid went out of his way to bring paper work to us at our bank so we wouldn't have to another trip. He also waited paitently rewrote another contract when we added window tinting. Maintaining his quality reassurance and the ability to keep us comfortable through the entire process. P.S. thanks for the bottled water, very cool dude!

I came and and Sahid made me a new key and programmed my new key fob super quick. Now I can lock my car and unlock with the press of a button keeping my car and personal belongings safe! A+++++

This dealership is more than 100 stars. I've been looking for a dealership who can help me with my needs since I don't have any knowledge about having a car in general because this is my first time. What I know is I only need one that's it. But Zahid, he has been a blessing. He helped me through it all. He explained to me everything what I need to know. My budget was a little over the given but he did what he could and I got it with a very good price. I just told him what I needed and he did everything. From purchasing the car and getting an insurance for it. You don't need to do anything, you're just gonna have to sign the papers. If you need anything outside his working hours, he's still gonna reply. He's just so amazing that he's the first person you would want to run to if you need to do anything with your car. Normally, I have a lot of anxiety when car shopping. I wonder if the car salesmen are being honest or just trying to close the deal. My experience at Lux Motors was totally different than anything I’ve experienced. Zahid (I believe the owner) wanted to make sure I purchased the car that was best for me. He was patient as I went back and forth trying to decide between two cars. Ultimately, I am very happy with the choice I made! I also purchased the extended warranty. I needed a car Smart key emergency key (blade only) made. Local locksmith didn't have the machine and referred me to dealership. Hardware store had the machine but was limited by contract, so no deal. Lux Motors on N. Texas (Fairfield, behind McDonald's) did the job. Saved $! Highly recommended.

If I could give this place 100 i would! This dealership comes highly recommended by several of my coworkers. Zahid is the best! I am so happy with my 2010 mazda 3 when I bought it it was a great experience. I got the carfax and all Zahid's cars come with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. I really wanted to upgrade my warranty to the 12 month 12,000 mile one and I didn't have enough however he took what I had. I always recommend longer warranties on used cars because with used cars you want to feel a sense of security. I recently had a bad experience elsewhere and bought a lemon so I didn't want to make the same mistake twice. I love my mazda, however I did have a small issue and the check engine light came on. I texted Zihid well after hours and he replied right away! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU ZIHID! He told me to bring it in the next day and so I did. He put his code reader in and it was a speed output sensor. I was so stressed I had a doctors appointment that was out of town. Zihid gave me a Chevy cruise fir the day to do what I needed and had my car fixed and back to me THE SAME DAY! She has been driving strong ever since! I have to say I will be coming back to Lux Motors to buy my second car and I strongly recommend this place. I wouldn't take this much time to write a review if my experience was nothing short of AMAZING! Zihid still texts me to ask how my car is running and if i have a question about something his reply is almost instant! I will mention one more thing though if you see a car you love BUY IT! I have never seen a car be there for more than a few days. Zihid is the real deal! Selling the best of the best with low mileage for a great price! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
