Very nice owner and staff. Made sure I was thoroughly satisfied upon pick up of car. Had car repainted and driver-side door dent removed. Looks brand new. Very happy.

The paint job is gorgeous. The reason for not getting a 5-star score is because they didn’t repair all the hail damage around the car; they repair 95% of it but the other 5% is still there.

I have had my Infiniti I-30, Mercedes Benz SUV & Hummer H3 repaired & painted in less than less six months at Maaco of Irving & when I tell you that they all were done way better than I imagined! The owner & their staff really made me feel like I was one of their family members & I am just overwhelmed with each one of my vehicles! Everyone has been asking me who done them & my own brother is bringing his Dodge Ram truck over 900 hundreds miles just to be done by them! So must I say anymore about how I feel about this place!

Had body work done her a couple of times. Once just repairing a bumper from rough roads and another time due to an accident and both times the pricing was great as well as the service. Gina runs the front office smooth and professional.

I have now had three separate trucks and cars completed here. The quality price and customer service exceeds all expectation. I collect cars and pay out of pocket each time. I could not be happier. Sheena Davis will keep on top of the project and keep you update, amazing service rep at a great maaco franchise. The service dog is cute too.

The worst paint job ever nothing was promised Cody promises of wet, sand and buff didn't get that they painted over all my trim. As you can see, I have one door lock on the driver side, no paint and they painted over the passenger side which the door locks was gold plated and now they're destroyed. I told him that side were loose too take just needed them to driver car there. They taped them off. He promised to fix the dent underneath the trunk lock. He just painted over it. I had to pay somebody else to do my Trim. The car sat for a week after he told me it would be done at a certain time in the same spot untouched, so when I asked him to takeoff for them painting over all the trim on the car, he said he only thing he can do is 50 bucks because the owner said so so I'm like call the owner if you want to get paid, she never answer the phone she kept texting this place is a big joke when it comes down to your car. All he can say is I'm quitting cause I'm turning wrenches I don't like doing the adjuster then I'm like why are you an adjuster because you're not good at it so when asked for the owner, she could never be found or didn't wanna come in too work. his communication to his workers unsatisfying I suggest nobody to take their car to that location.

I come in to have my car repaired after a collision on a roadtrip and get an estimate of 8 business days to do the repair on 3/20. I never received a call from the shop, so I reached out about 2 weeks after and was told it will be ready 4/10. I receive a call 4/9 or 4/10 stating the wheel needs to be replaced (although I'm astonished that after 3 weeks nobody noticed this detail), and a replacement can't arrive until 4/13 or 4/14. I already have a flight booked that I can't cancel, so I arrive 4/11. I never receive a call, so I call back late 4/13. Apparently, the wheel hasn't arrived, but I don't get a straight answer when that will be. I decide to stay until 4/17 to see if the situation can be resolved. After repeated calls, nobody has a clear answer even after I express extreme displeasure. I have a prior important engagement, so I fly back to MN. I don't receive confirmation the car is ready until 4/21, over a month after I brought it in. I come to pick it up 4/30 after calling the day before to notify I will pick it up in the morning. When I got there, the license plates were still not on the car. I found the screws in the cup holder. I then turn the car on, and it shows a warning about a malfunction about the front right headlight. I open the hood, and lo and behold, the electrical wire isn't connected. After all my expenses based on bad info and shoddy workmanship, I couldn't resist writing this. In over 31 years of living, I have never posted a review or complained online since I like to see the best in people, and you never know for sure the circumstances involved. However, some offenses are too egregious to let go. Edit: Oh and I almost forget, there was still painting tape on the car! Obviously, this isn't hard to address yourself, but I'm more annoyed by the gall to not check basic things after such a long time (or maybe it was on purpose? FYI, I was very polite and patiant until about 3-4 weeks in).

My fair and honest Maaco review. First I need to point out that maacos paint contract clearly states that there may be slight over spray and minor runs. They give you that on paper if you decide to actually read the full estimate. So let's start with my opinion on the staff and the facility. I had contact with four of their staff members and they all seem polite. One thing that made me uncomfortable was the working area where they had cars placed seemed extremely cluttered and lacked organization. I also noticed a lot of used rusted razor blades in the back parking lot which seems kind of risky with all those car tires. I was quoted 5 to 7 business days for a change of color on my Hummer. It ended up taking 10 business days which isn't too bad. The price was fair I paid less than 1100 for a complete change of color. Now I will discuss the paint job. As I figured there was minor over spray on some of the plastic trim but nothing outrageous. There was some paint on the chrome door handles and edges of the windows but it comes off those types of materials with your finger nail so it's not a big deal. I looked up the price of what you'd consider a show room or straight out of the factory paint job and the lowest I found was over 5000 dollars and the estimate was about a month for completion. Maaco doesn't strip your vehicle down to the core and paint they mask and tape like most paint shops. So at Maaco you'll recieve an economical paint job with minor imperfections. If you want a flawless paint job you'll need to go somewhere that specializes in that and be prepared to pay five times more. So would I recommend Maaco for a simple paint job? Yes I would. Would I recommend you take a1960s show truck to Maaco for a paint job? No I would not because they don't specialize in show room paint jobs. I also think it's important to note that the Irving Maaco had a change of management about two years ago so any reviews you read past two years old isn't an accurate description of the current staff.

I had a great experience at Maaco, and I want to give special recognition to the receptionist Sheena Davis From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who’s both friendly and efficient, but she handled everything—from scheduling to paperwork—with ease and a great attitude. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference. She definitely need a raise Thank you!

I have had to change my rating on this company. I went there to have heal dents and freshing up my paint on my car. After I got my car it had circles in the paint, I gave it back to then for 4 days to fix the issue. I got it back with compound all over it. The people are very nice - just didn't do a good job. Smh

Had an appointment at 9am. The office is closed. One of the workers come up to me with a cellphone and wanted me to speak with someone on the other line. She told me she was running late, I asked how late are you going to be. An hour late and blame it on the rain. The guys at the shop got here just fine and on time. I asked for her name and she hanged up, very professional. I was sitting in my truck for ten minutes and the same worker came to my truck and said they wanted to talk to me again. Same lady, claiming that she didn't hang up but it disconnected. She gave me an option of coming back later or tomorrow. I asked her again why is she so late, I would understand being 10 minutes late but an hour, she said she was the owner and she is late from time to time. Customers or potential customers shouldn't work around your schedule. All I was there for was an estimate and she fail something so simple. Being an owner is about treating everyone with respect because that shows what kind of person you are and what kind of business you're running. If she decides to reach out and make this right, I will delete this negative review if not the review stands.

I had a wonderful experience with Maaco! Darin walked me through exactly what was wrong with my car and explained in detail how he would fix it. Sheena was so helpful in writing up my paperwork and kept me updated with follow-up calls on the progress of my car. When I picked it up, I couldn’t have been more excited—Darin did an amazing job repairing my door and even returned my car spotless inside and out. Truly great service from start to finish!

I’m really thankful with this body shop. They handled all the back-and-forth with my insurance, which saved me so much time and stress. The repair work was excellent—my car looks better than before the accident. Everyone was friendly. I definitely recommend them.

I recently took our Honda Accord in to get the front bumper repaired, and I’m really happy with the service I received. Doty standridge was so friendly, and clear about the repair process and estimated cost. They did a fantastic job fixing the bumper it looks as good as new, and the paint match is flawless. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality, reliable car repair. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work.

Took my Lexus in for new bumper installation and entirely new DRLS as well as a bunch of bracket installations. It’s been a few months since but the paint job still looks amazing and everything functions very nicely. The pet is very welcoming!!
