I have been here 3 times now. Good service. Twice for oil changes, once for battery replacement, and once because headlight went out. This third time, they told me is was going to be about $45, and then when I went to pay told me it was $108. I was not happy for a minute and kind of frustrated me, but they ended up fixing it and making it right but charging me closer to what they said. Thank you John for making it right!

I know nothing when it comes to cars. I came in with a problem and the owner was SO kind and helpful! He even offered me and my husband a ride home so we didn’t have to wait at the shop while he fixed my car. He fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price too. These guys are awesome! Not only did they get me in for a same day diagnostic, they fixed my car in the same day too. Everyone was super nice, especially Luna the garage dog. There's space to hang out and wait inside and out, and the grand total came in under the estimate. I will absolutely be coming back to them with any future problems.

Been too a couple different shops around Siouxland.. Mac’s by far out does any others.. in my opinion of course.. from there customer service to them getting hands on with your vehicle, they are going to treat you right.. like if it was there own vehicle. And if you were there family. You’re not going to be sitting and waiting for hours on end… you call and let them know what’s going on with your car, they give u a day and time to bring it in and they get it done right away… save your time and go to Mac’s! Very fair prices too! Great people!

2018 Dodge Challenger. Check engine light on. Traction control light on. Service electronic stability system light on. I quote “ I changed whatever part and it is working now”. Go to get in my car, same issues. Back in I went. He had it for several more days stating he didn’t have time to look at it. Finally hets around to it and changed another part, but the air isn’t working. Well, you better figure it out because it was working when I brought it in. Charged for him to add freon. Two weeks later, same issues. To say I am pissed is putting it lightly. Out $300 and it still isn’t right. Should have just took it to Woodhouse. You will not be touching my car again. 😡😡😡😡😡

I came in for a rear brake replacement and an oil change. The oil change went great, however I was told “nothing is wrong with your brakes” so he refused to replace the rotor. I was charged labor for him “looking” at my brakes $53. When I got home I looked at my rotor and it was completely scratched up and warped as previously observed. I called Mac’s to see if I could get refunded for the labor and he agreed and was very kind. As I came in I showed him pictures of the rotor and he said “oh yeah we checked your pads not the rotors” when that is what I had originally requested him to replace. Although I feel it was possible it was an attempt to scam some money without doing the work, I cannot prove that, but I do unfortunately have my suspicion. He returned the labor money to me. Will not be returning.
