Took my 2023 Nissan Rogue SL here after it had been hit by someone on a blind corner who failed to stop at a four way stop going 50 mph. My car came out of the shop looking just like it did the day I purchased it from Nissan! Excellent job with repairs and paint matching! The customer service here was phenomenal! Mark had informed me weekly as to what stage the repairs were in! Just got my truck back and it looks amazing. The part they repaired looks brand new. The paint match is indistinguishable from the rest of the truck. Now I have to go find a new drivers side headlight to match the shiny new one LOL. Also, if it matters to anyone, not a peep was said about the LGBTQ stickers on my truck. Nothing but professional service. (Not that I was expecting anything less, but some might find that reassuring.) And as others have mentioned, they cleaned it inside and out. It feels so good to have it back in such good condition. I'm definitely happy with their service!

The the bad service reviews are right. Simply not going here based on a simple customer service phone call. I’m repairing my car and don’t have insurance so I went on a call spree to ask around for prices and advice. I called them asked for an estimate, I needed to see how much money I had to be ready with. And the lady on the phone acted like it’s mission impossible without me bringing it in and for some reason reaalllyyy wanted my vin number, like my car was stolen or something smh. Like what I supposed to do? Bring my car and pay whatever u want me to pay? No, there’s a reason I’m calling asking for an estimate. And too top it off. Literally gets mad. Speaks gibberish. And storms me off to check online…wow good professionalism and wayyy to sell ur service… Glad there’s plenty of local body shop. Others were sooo much easier to deal with. Just simply asking for pictures to their company phone and getting back right away. Simple. No hassle about vin numbers WTH. Or attitude
