Absolutely the best service!!!! I bought a stillen exhaust and I needed it installed. Called Madhater, and they were able to fit me in within an hour. Got there and met the owner. He is an old-school kind of guy who will give you old-school service. Honest, humble, and very knowledgeable, and his guys are absolutely great. They pay attention to details and know what they are doing. If you need work done muffler, tires, and any other work you need done, they can handle it. And they have great deals on tires if you need some!!!

This shop never disappoints! I’ve been here before with a different car and got amazing quality work then too, so I knew I could trust them again… and they absolutely delivered. The craftsmanship and parts are top-notch, and they take real pride in what they do. J(aka Jeremy), was absolutely amazing at the front desk. Even through the whole process he was so extremely nice and helpful. Vladimir was amazing! He did my resonator and muffler delete. He did so amazing, making sure to be very precise with everything which i appreciate. Abe was also so amazing helping along the process. They all worked together to make me and my best friend’s car sound amazing. They were also super accommodating with my lowered car, making sure everything fit perfectly and looked great. I originally went in to delete the resonator on my LS400, aiming to install an X-pipe to improve scavenging, reduce drone, and enhance that beautiful V8 sound. When Victor, the owner, and I discussed my plans, we discovered the previous shop had done a really poor job on the exhaust. Given that, I decided it was best to have the entire cat-back section redone, with proper welds, higher-quality materials, functional hangers, and of course, the X-pipe. Victor gave me an amazing deal and even offers a 3-year warranty on all their exhaust work. The service was excellent, and the whole job was completed within just five hours. My only minor gripe is that I was only able to snap a few “before” pictures since I wasn’t waiting on site, and my car was already off the lift when I picked it up. I could’ve asked them to take a few pics when it was done but I hadn’t, not a big deal at all. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend this shop! My LS400 sounds even better than I thought it would!

I had a muffler delete done here on my 2021 Ram. This was done a bit ago I just never did a review. I didn't have an appointment and called that morning and I got right in. So professional and the work was perfection. I had this done a couple years ago already and not a problem or leak. I love the work he did. Wouldn't go anywhere else for exhaust work and affordability and attention to detail.

10/10!! Definitely recommend this shop! James at the front desk was extremely helpful. He walked through everything with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and the team delivered 100%. Thier tech Able double and triple checked with me before he did anything to make sure we we're all on the same page. My exhaust was fully custom to my liking. True dual exhaust with and X pipe and a single side exit. All the fitting is nice and flush and sounds amazing! 100/10 for sure! My truck is a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT

I bought a 21’ f150 that developed exhaust issues and rattling noises that drove me crazy. Ford quoted me over $5K which included replacing both catalytic converters, which was not necessary. This is definitely the best muffler shop in all Tampa with amazing prices. I couldn’t be any more happier with the job that they did. Me and my best friend brought our cars in for a muffler and resonator delete and the quality of pipes and exhaust tips are amazing. J (Jeremy) was the one at the front desk that rung us up, and Vladimir (Tio) did my friends Civic. The guy that did my Camry was Abe. These guys couldn’t work any better. They did an excellent job and they were extremely fast as well. They’re all really nice people that take their job very seriously. At face value, you would think this is just another muffler shop on the side of the road. It’s only when you meet the folks that work here, James and all the techs as well, that you realize what sets them apart. Brought my 10th gen civic to them for my first ever resonator and muffler delete back in 2019 and just got a custom 2.5 inch system done from my downpipe’s back, with one of their in-house resonators and I could not be more pleased with the results, the professionalism, and the prices. They give it to you straight, on what’s possible and what’s not, and they help you every step of the way. Whether you need some touchup work or a full system, I would definitely recommend these folks.

I am %90 deaf. I have been here 3 times. I don't remember the guys name that runs this place, but when he answers the phone, you have reached a man that knows the business! When you arrive, you are treated like you are part of his family. I have also met the owner and these 2 men will never steer you wrong. From the price given to you and the time he says to complete the task are solid Gospel! They have taken care of my issues each time and have done more than any other mechanics would or could! I just went in to have the rear brakes replaced, and my vehicle was very "dusty" from blowing leaves at my home. When I went to retrieve my repaired vehicle, they had also washed it!!! You can't name any other shop that would do that! It's the Top Quality, attitude and workmanship that set The Mad Hatter ahead of all others. These folks are phenomenal! They are located on Waters, just east of North Blvd., on the North side of the road. If your car or truck, craps on you, be sure to take it here so you can have peace of mind with people that you can trust, will do exactly what is needed to have you back on the road again!!!!!!
