I had went here to this shop thinking it was a good place to go for an alignment no I was wrong first the owner told me that I need new tires stating they had no tread which they clearly did. So then afterwards he states oh why do you need an alignment ? and I’m like because I need one it’s been a while. So he still tries to up sell me and when I wanted to leave and go somewhere else he insisted that I stay and let them do the alignment which they never did. Just took my money and ran off acting like they did a good job. My car still felt the same as I had dropped it off smh. Better off not wasting my money here again. No morals or principles of their work.

Came here for an alignment, the shop owner was very nice and they were able to take me in right away, $89+tax - I leave and it feel like it still pulling right, get on a straight road and yep is pulling right, except now it feel like my rear passenger wheels is pulling right too, I am unable to return to the car shop until 2 days later due to my work schedule, I explain the car has been pulling right since I left, I am told "the alignment was done we have pictures of the results!" (which they did not show) I explain it still pulls right, I am Told "You probably need tire Rotation" I explain that I rotate my tires with my oil changes, they suggest they do a Balance on them, its only $30 so ok sure do a balance and check the alignment, they take my 2 front tires off, then come and tell me one of the tires cant be balanced, that's the reason the alignment is off. they did Balance the 2 tires the best they could and did not charge me for it. But they also didn't check the alignment. The Mechanic was really nice and was willing to check the alignment but the shop owner def did not want to check their work unless I was Paying for something. I really wanted to like this Shop since they have good reviews and are so close to me. Next day took the car to Firestone Total Care and while the drivers side (the side with the "warped" tire) was perfectly aligned , Both wheels on the passenger side where off quite a bit, after the Firestone alignment the car drives straight and smooth. I now have lifetime alignment from Firestone/Tires Plus Nationwide for only $100 more than a single non warrantied alignment cost me here.

They were very knowledgeable about what my car needed. They were fast, the price was right, and my car now runs like a gem. Cindy is a very friendly and amazing woman. She explained everything in detail when I came in. And when I brought my car back the next week, nothing changed everything was the same. The work was done and completed at a great price. This will definitely be my forever mechanic shop. And I took a lot of business cards to spread around to everyone I know.

I recently went there for an alignment. As a pull off, I noticed that not they have done to my car plus they had taken my payment. When I went back, they took him up. There is something wrong with my tires. That's why the car is acting that way. I want to know the place the online. My car in my car was running great after that. And for that I do not recommend this place to anyone

If I could give them negative stars I would. This company was terrible, they OVER charged me for a service that they didn’t even perform. They ordered the WRONG parts then charge for it, leaving my car worse off than it came. DO NOT GO HERE unless you wanna get SCAMMED!

i dont know how someone can advertise free diagnostics test and charge me 45 and tell me i cant get a refund, this buisness is run so poorly and takes advantage of women by themselves. i needed a estimate printed out and he claims they dont do that. now im out 45$ and nothing fixed with my car

I went to have my misfire and weird sound coming from my tire repaired. I thought it might have been my spark plugs and ball joint. They test drove my car and said it was my sway bar and that they would change my spark plugs for the misfire. When I left the shop after paying $542, I had the same exact issues. I did not want make any issues because I wanted to be nice and prayed that the issue would cease. Yesterday my engine started shaking and became barely drivable. I took my car back today and when they ran the diagnostics it said it was due to misfires. I explained to Jay that I had brought the car initially for the misfires. He exclaimed that he gave me the option to have my coils changed along with the spark plugs and that I declined ( I don’t recall).. but the day of the initial repair he did not mention that the misfire would still happen if I didn’t change the coils (which I was not aware of). Nor did they explain that my issue may be due to other reasons and to be mindful of that. I was asked to pay another $500+ dollars to fix my unresolved misfiring issue. He also never addressed my tire issue and did not offer to help me fix that either. Being a woman who tries to be proactive, I was met with the ultimatum to pay the price or take it elsewhere. I trusted this shop to give me their professional opinion and they decided to not be trusted advisors in this unfortunate situation. I would recommend anyone to just go to your dealership because dealers offer payment plans for repairs and give you full diagnosis of your vehicle. Jay is a nice person but I am sadly disappointed I wasted $542 to have the same issues and no advice on what to do. Thanks

The generator was replaced in September 2024! But last month, a part in my car broke, and they fixed it for me, charging me $250. However, my generator broke down a week later. I had just replaced it with a new one the year before last, so why did it break down again so quickly? They must have stolen my new generator and replaced it with an old, used one. Be careful when getting parts replaced at their shop; they might steal another part. They seem to be serial offenders... Everyone needs to be careful.FK
