Had a flat a mile away Planned to buy a tire from them Needed a jack to get my tire off and to them to change Offered to leave my ID or even leave money to cover the cost of the jack to ensure I brought it back. Not to mention they would have the tire I needed. They wouldn’t let me borrow a jack and wouldn’t ride a mile up the road to remove the tire for me. Told me to get a wrecker service. Again…only a mile away. I didn’t use them A place down the road assisted me in the ways they refused to. I don’t recommend this place at all

Went there to get a tire plugged and these people charged $40 to plug the tire but offered used tires for $68 which is only $20 more. This company is overcharging for their services as well as the products. I would most definitely not recommend.

Worst tire shop I've ever been too I went to find a tire and what they tried selling me was worse then the tire I already had. If u want a great experience go to AAA tire on university. I'll never go to magic tire again

This is the worst tire shop. They are extremely rude. They charge you for everything they can including disposal of the tire and they add 2 different taxes to the price. They handwrite everything so they charge what they want. My tire was 52.99 and came out to be $75 total. Just ridiculous.

This place is so unprofessional. I bought a tire on a Tuesday and paid with my card. I came back and bought another tire on the following Sunday and they said they don’t take cards on Sunday. I ask the person why and he said he didn’t know it was something the owner made up. HUH?? Ok, so I came back and told them I had a slow leak and mind you there is a 7 day return policy with the receipt. I knew I was one day past the 7 day policy, so I ask the owner would he at least find the leak and plug it for me. He was so rude!! He told me it would be $40!!!!! A TOTAL RIP OFF….I left and found another place that plugged it for $10. If you need a tire on Sunday, google tire shops. I found out afterwards that there are others open I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad business!!!BE AWARE!!!

Very big very rude and unhelpful would not recommend they charged $73 for a used tire on a Chevy Impala didn't have to remove or put the tire on the car only rim!! They give different prices to different people and don't have a price list to explain what your paying for.

I have always had good service from them. The only negatives are that communication can be a bit of a challenge and the price that is given does not include balancing and installation or disposal. Plan on $20 more than the price given over the phone, if you want those services. Even with that added price it’s still always been a good quality used tire for a fraction of the cost of brand new tires.

HORRIBLE!!! The older gentleman that runs the desk is exceptionally rude. The price versus the service DO NOT add up whatsoever and also will charge a disposable fee if you leave your tire there. I was charged an installment fee when all i needed was the tire replaced from rim for a whole seperate vehicle and not the one I was driving. Threatened to take the tire back and all. Janky and grossly mismanaged. DO NOT GO!!!

Was from out of town and was in need so stopped at what was closest. When I tell you that first of all the guy performing the tire change lied and said they didn’t have a tire for my car then when presented with the fact that we called first and was told they had one oh now they have only one. The old dude at the desk was so argumentative and did not want to hear anything we had to say! I have never been to an establishment that was so rude and didn’t care whether we liked it or not🤬🤬🤬

The gentleman running the desk was extremely rude. Went in to look for 2 tires because my friend’s were flat. Told him the size of the tires, he was walking away to check then asked if the car was here. We said no it wasn’t drivable we wanted to take the tires with us and we had someone at the location that could put them on. He immediately got rude and yelled no no. We asked him why and he yelled again and said no we don’t have the size. My friend said sir you didn’t look. He said I didn’t have to no. Yet we got outside watching a male load a tire in his car. Not sure if he said no because we are women or what but he was rude and we will never ever go back. The bad service will never be worth the discount.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and asked for a price and he didn't include the price it would cost to mount. I got there and he was rude and a smart alleck to both my mother and I. He's very lucky that he was one of the only places open on Saturday and we needed a tire bad. Don't go here.

Called several tire stores and was thrilled to discover they had my size in stock..was told $55 after tax. When I arrived I was presented a $90 tire, and then still a $56 tire before fees or tax. The lady running the place isn’t inviting AT ALL and it’s incredibly difficult to communicate. After breaking into tears from an unexpected $25 and grabbing my vape and wallet from my car to wait, I was yelled at not to smoke. I won’t be back nor will I recommend the place. A small bit of kindness can go a long way in ANY business.

My son had a tire blow out on 565. Took it to Magic Used Tires and they had the tire replaced in about 15 minutes. Great service, friendly and extremely efficient. Would recommend to everyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not waste your time and money. The workers are money hungry. $40 for a plug isn’t bad, but I’ve heard far better deals than that. Not to mention another guy said $70. A red flag because why are you all not on the same page as far as pricing? Rushing a first time client for final payment before the work is completed to the agreed-upon quality IS UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Soon as money was given to one guy, other guy came quickly behind him for the money. I did feel bad because times are hard for people, however, I would not recommend due to this incident.
