BEST IN MAGNA, This mechanic shop is one of the few honest businesses. Their prices are fair, they are knowledgeable and pro’s at what they do. PLUS they treated my 80 year old grandma real good and gave her a great price. My cousin has also had work done there several times and they gave him 2 tires for free when they could have easily charged for them. Some days it is busy and it is hard to get your car in but it is worth a couple days wait if you have the time. But I’m willing to bet that if you needing an emergency repair done quick that these guys would work something out for you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

Please don't waste your time going here. Brought my car before going on long roadtrip. The drive was insanely loud so swore it was the wheel bearings going. 1. receptionist said okay we'll look at everything but didnt listen to the specific problem and I asked to call for any issues and price. 2. They didn't call for price just fixed the alignment and did wheel rotation. 3.said everything else was fine. Fast forward two weeks. Drove to California and back with it still loud. A few days after suddenly a very scratchy clicking sound was happening from the same wheels. Took it to another shop and they said both rear wheel bearings needed replacing. One was practically falling off and shouldn't be driven on at all if possible. Will never go here again. Just grateful the wheel bearing lasted on our drive out of state, but it was definitely going when we brought it them. (Edit to Add: It was definitely making noise before. The wheels were very loud when driving I couldn't hear my kid talking in the back without yelling. That all disappeared and is so quiet after getting the wheel bearings repaired)

Friendly staff mechanics and front desk young lady. I went in 2 occasions with a flat, it was taken care of quickly and the gentleman even said he'd take care of it with no charge. Definitely feel comfortable going again. Very appreciative and thankful of their kindness.

Tony was so helpful! He did a tire rotation and noticed my tires were low on air so he filled them. He showed me some things about my car so I can prevent damage. Very nice man :) I highly recommend this place!

Great service all around. Quick turnaround time when it came to working on my vehicles. Best mechanic shop in the area in my opinion. Nayetzi and their staff provided great customer service and are very honest when it comes fixing cars. Diego and his team have legit and knowledgeable and honest mechanics. Did I mention they do it all? Emissions, tires, oil changes, they will get you right and sent off way better than how your vehicle came in. Which is why I keep going back to them. 10/10 highly recommend. Keep up the great work guys! 💯

Need work done but after looking at reviews..... back and forth between good and bad. But the responses from the owner is crazy..... If you knew what was wrong then should have fixed it yourself? Not everyone is a mechanic but pretty easy on some occasions to diagnose an issue if your slightly familiar with auto care.... I don't appreciate seeing the "extra issues" either... price and the 4 stars makes me want to visit. But the attitude and the apparent cash grabbing scares me more. This is not to bash the company but to let you know why I can't make a trip to this location now. Hard enough to find a good mechanic that actually knows what they're doing. And you never know until you visit so I'm trying to look at reviews for now. "Edited" Not insane. Reasoning to why I will not be able to visit. Not being comfortable with the way you approach reviews and bad experiences is perfectly normal. I'm posting why I can't visit, not about a visit itself. If you don't like it, you'll have to reflect on that yourself.

This auto shop is amazing. I recently moved to Magna and needed a new shop. After some research I decided to try Magna Auto & Tire and could not be happier with my decision. Everything you want in a shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are proactive in keeping me informed of progress. A one stop shop that does everything. Quality work every time. I don't know anything about cars and they have never tried to take advantage of that. Fair, competitive pricing for parts and labor with accessible financing. I've used them 3 times and will be a customer as long as I'm in the Salt Lake Valley. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE HAD IN YEARS! Diego was so friendly and knew everyone that was in the shop. He’s the kind of friendly that you can tell is genuine and not trained or forced. I had my toddler with me who isn’t feeling wonderful and Diego told me what he does to help his kids feel better. And also shared his French fries with him! Which is even a bigger deal because my son was so excited and the whole day long prior he wouldn’t even really eat. And after that he put Mickey Mouse on the big tv in the waiting area while we waited for our vehicle. I actually came to this place by accident because my husband told me to go to the other tire shop in Magna, but I am so grateful that I did. I won’t go anywhere else as long as Diego is working there! Thanks for going above and beyond and restoring my faith in customer service in the world! Highly recommend!

4500 dollars later and my truck still ain’t fixed a month sitting at there shop after math had to move to another mechanic on a tow truck . After taking it to another mechanic there was nothing a matter with the water pump but Magna tire was trying to make more money off me after paying 4500 dollars they tried making lies up on the water pump being bad people be careful when dealing with Magna tire.
