I went to a few shops to figure out what was wrong with my car and nobody can figure out what was wrong with it. They just kept fixing things on it. That was not wrong with my car. It kept making a loud sound and finally West side tires figured out what was the real issue and fixed it for an affordable price I would highly recommend these guys to anyone .

I went here to have 1 tire mounted and balanced. The technician who did the work didn't align the yellow dot on my tire with the valve stem, and there are no weighs anywhere on the rim. Meaning he didn't bother to balance it. I even tipped $10. I did not have them put the tire on my car because they don't use a torque wrench, so it gets impacted too tight. What a waste of my time and money. Now I have to go find a shop who knows the basics when it comes to tire mounting and balancing. I wish I could give less than 1 star!
