I had to bring the AMCO tranmission store to repair. costing up to $ $ 6000, they denied responsibility for transmission assistance, Say that is not related to the door and without the receipt. You should think 7 times before bringing the car to this store because the electronics / electricity system is more expensive than door painting.

I took my car in for a quote and the woman there claim to be his wife was VERY RUDE & HARRASS me to just SHUT UP so she can EDUCATE me what need to be done ! She will NOT even listen to what is the problems with my car so they fix it. NOT recommended.

This Auto Shop is a rip off. I had my car taken here after a car accident for an estimate to repair my front light and bumper and the owner agree to work with me to lessen my cost once the insurance agree to pay their part. To my surprise, after the estimate was approved, the owner refused to negotiate with my cost and when I asked to take my car to a different shop for a 2nd estimate, the owner starting adding on costs that I wasn't even aware of such as daily storage fee of $50.00 a day and fee for estimating for the repairs of my car of $200 which she never told me that there was any fee for this to start with. This should have been communicated up front. She also delayed in getting the estimate of the car repair to the insurance company saying she couldn't get ahold of the insurance contact but I would never have known if I didn't call back after 2-3 days of not hearing a status. Very bad service! I ended up having to pay $820 for storage/towing and estimating. I should have brought a lawyer in to straighten this out since there were no written contract of this stuff but I was so fed up with how these folks run their business that I just paid the cost and took my car somewhere else. I highly warn everyone of this Auto Body Shop. BEWARE - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'm reporting these folks to the Better Business Bureau as well!

My is a car body artist. The first time I met him, a family member had experienced a rear-end event. Mai did such beautiful work, I couldn't tell anything had happened. When I had to go the second and third times it was for my car. Mai does his best to repair and only replaces parts when there is no choice to keep the price down. Mai's wife Lynn is great too. She'll help you get a rental car if necessary.

This autobody shop is gem! Fast, Very Kind, and HONEST! It can be really hard to find a trustworthy shop and,frankly, I was fed up having shoddy work done to my car and shady practices in the industry (reusing parts that should have been covered by insurance, overpricing, etc) My car not operable and needed to be towed to the shop. Waiting for all the paperwork to clear through the insurance would have taken at least 3-5 days. Luckily, their shop was able to send a truck out and get my car to the shop that very day! They finished the job much faster than I anticipated and did a fantastic job! You could tell that no corners were cut for the repair. I am so glad I was referred here by a family member. The owners are honest and hard working people. Much respect to what they do and how they operate their business. Please support them by taking your business here.
