Extremely unprofessional, went to do smog, got an error on the paper for oxygen sensor, eventhought it says on the paper, he wanted to charge me $95 then tell me the same thing that what it had been said first on the report, very very bad, never recomend theives

This joker said he wanted $200.00 for a brake and lamp certificate for a salvage cert., I told him he was crazy and left it at that, went to California smog check in Stanton , got it for $100.00,

Call for a price or they will ripped u off! I was referred here by a trusted friend at Samco for Smog, Brake, n lamp. After arriving the quoted me $200 it was double the price Samco told me. After I called Samco, Tom told me to leave n take my car.

The owner's name is Ly (Lee) Nguyen is nice to me and my family he has good suggestions, advice, and opinions to follow on how our cars will last long due to mechanical problems. DO NOT GO HERE! This Lee guy is awful. Got referred here and he charged $285 for a smog check, brake check, and lamp light check for salvage. He lied and said that it was a huge process, then he turns out to just do quick brakes and lamp checks for 1-2 minutes and smog check. The total time was 30 minutes and nothing of true substance was done. Absolute SCAM! $285, you’re trolling. Do not ever go here!

Came in last week for a smog test my truck failed because the catalyst and evap system mon were not ready since I had recently changed the battery. He told me to drive the truck around until it shows it's ready and to take it back for retest. When I get back for the retest he wants to charge me another $95 for retest because I didn't repair at his shop. It didn't need a repair just needed the computer to reset and technically he did repair it since he recommended me to drive it 50 miles and bring it back so there you repaired it now where is my free retest. Make it make sense

Great Technician and service more than fair pricing I had a great experience at T A C Auto they performed a brake and light safety check. I had a fender bender and the guilty insurance company pulled a salvage title payout on my title. unbeknownst to me just after the first of the year of 2025 the law changed if your car title is salvaged. Then a Safety Inspection by a certified station has to issue you a certificate. I failed the first visit he kindly advised what to do and passed on my return visit. T A C charged me $250 and $100 on the retest. T A C Auto Repair and Safety Inspection Station performed as inspected. I would recommend T A C if you need this hard to find service.

Do not smog your vehicle here! My vehicle needed a sensor changed. I changed it myself and the owner did not let me get my free re-test because I repaired vehicle "somewhere else". I changed the sensor myself. On the paperwork he makes you sign it stays repairs must be made there or no re-test. He did not mention this at any point until I came back for re-test.
