Absolutely horrible experience! They made us pay more than $700 for repairs, got the car back and the same thing was wrong. We took it back 2 additional times and they still didn't fix it. Choose another shop if you would like the problem to be fixed completely.

Absolutely would not recommend Majesty Auto. They have apparently deleted their previous Google profile that had my and several other's negative reviews. Last year, they replaced a wheel bearing on my car with the wrong part which caused further damage, including the axle actually coming out from the wheel bearing while out of town. They refused to take responsibility for the damages and told me I would have to take them to court in order to be held liable. Truly, stay away!

I took my 2019 Ford Escape in for a 100,000 mile service recently although the car is at 93,000. I mainly wanted to check on the timing belt to see if it needed to be replaced. The price to change the timing belt on this model of car is not cheap because the engine has to be taken out completely as well as the water pump, which requires a coolant change and other parts to be replaced with this type of service. They could have told me I absolutely needed it done but instead after doing an inspection recommended the front/rear brakes, spark plugs, air filters, intake cleaning and to check the timing belt again in another 15K-20K miles. Evon is honest and will take care of his customers. I highly recommend one to take their vehicle to Majesty Auto.

Absolutely 5/5 fantastic group. I won’t be taking my cars anywhere else. I called on 7/12 for a full coolant leak I discovered under my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. They took it in on 7/14 and had it fixed by 7/16. After a day of driving, a similar overheat issue happened. The team took it in and discovered turbo seals that needed to be replaced. They took it in same day and had it fixed the following. It has been running perfect ever since. Truly grateful for this team of talented mechanics. Couldn’t recommend more.
