If you ask them to do more than 1 thing for you the odds of it being done are very little. I asked them to inspect my suspension, replace a TPMs sensor and align my truck. Pick it up later that day and not only did they not inspect my suspension, fix my TPMs, they didn’t fix my alignment. They also have left my truck parked out on the curb unlocked every time I’ve gone there. They will report the mileage wrong on their oil change stickers as-well. If you call to talk to the manager he’s never in office. And good luck leaving your number for him to call you back. Very dissapointed in my last few trips here.

I brought my Lexus RX 350 for a routine oil change. Upon doing so, I was told the brake fluid needed service and the battery needed to be replaced. So I paid $582 for the mentioned additional services with the oil change. As soon as I left and was driving not even three blocks away, I tried to roll down my windows from the driver’s side to no avail. The only window that rolled down from the driver window control panel was the drivers side window. All the other windows I had to manually go to each door to roll them down individually from their door switch. I had NONE of these issues before. All of the windows and switches had been working prior to my visit at your store. I immediately called the store, and they said something tripped up while they were replacing the battery and asked me to bring it right back in. It was not convenient for my schedule, but I was happy they were willing to take responsibility and fix the problem they created (as I should be able to roll down all of my windows). When I brought it back in five minutes later, it was another 30 mins or so of me waiting for my SUV to be repaired. When the associate came and got me, they told me that they did some research and found out what the mechanic did wrong and that they will pay attention moving forward when replacing car batteries on similar models. So once again they said it was their lack of knowledge or experience that led to this situation. That being, they also informed me that they tried to fix the window issue, but now the back two windows do NOT roll down at all (not even from the individual door panels). I was then told I need to go purchase a master switch and then bring it and my vehicle back in AND pay more to have Tire Discounters install it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I questioned why I am having to pay more for their mistakes. I was told there’s nothing they can do, but if I brought it back on a certain date when the other manager wasn’t there that they could get the installment slightly cheaper for me. This all has felt very shady, beyond disappointing. This visit was absolutely abysmal; honestly I thought they were joking. I contacted the corporate office, as I wanted a refund for the time, lack of service and not trusting them to do service further on my vehicle. I emailed, called, left messages. There was no response. Nearly a week later, the only number I could get through on to speak with an actual human was on was their Human Resources payroll line. They forwarded it to a regional manager. The manager told me to bring the vehicle in to a location more than 30 minutes away, “to see” if they can fix it. That is a minimum of a one hour commute round trip, and here in Nashville with traffic we all know how that goes. I spent nearly $600 for all these shenanigans and for my vehicle to be in worst shape than before I brought it in. I was patient, polite; asked them to make it right, but nothing was done outside of expecting me to keep investing time, energy, money and resources for the lack of services. Upon driving more than hour round trip to the second location, another gentlemen fixed the issue within 5 minutes, saying that the problem wasn’t a master switch rather the doors just needed to be reprogrammed. He didn’t know why I was told to buy a random part that wasn’t needed, and it was most likely due to lack of knowledge on the other mechanic’s part. This company has yet to take responsibility for their mistakes. If I hadn’t been the “squeaky wheel”, I would be out more money with a part I don’t need; my windows would still not be working. After all the time I spent trying to get ahold of the regional manager (Tristen T.) in the first place; I asked MULTIPLE times what will be done for everything I’ve invested into fixing the problem that their team created. He said I should just be happy my windows are fixed (nearly a month later & only by my efforts). Only at my urging for a refund he reluctantly said, “Well I guess we could offer you a free oil change or two.” Needless to say, a refund has yet to be issued.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment today at 3pm for a 4 wheel tire replacement and I called ahead of time to make sure everything was ready for my appointment. I spoke with one of the agents and he confirmed the time, the quote and the brand for my appointment. I came in 15 min earlier and they said they don't have the tires in stock, I drove almost an hour just to get this done, and the person at the desk don't even hesitate to make an alternative suggestion at least to respect people's time, while most of the employees where smoking and laughing at the main entrance, so I decided to take the business somewhere else. Thanks for a waist of time and gas!

I need you to know ✨Genesis✨ is a star and a hustler! She jumped through some ridiculous hoops to get my tires covered by SilverRock, a warranty company. I bought my car and noticed immediately that something was wrong with the tires. Tires are *never* covered under this type of warranty but because of their condition, Genesis made it happen! The tires were damn near bald and were rotting. They were unsafe and she told them that, in no uncertain terms. She advocated for me without cussing these people out and that’s more than I can say for myself. 🤷🏻♀️ Getting my *covered* tires put on tomorrow morning and I am thrilled I am able to get it done by her and her team. Honestly, I wanna be her friend. 😂 Give that girl a raise!

We got a flat tire and the team fixed it quickly and at a super reasonable cost. They did not try any scare tactics or to upsell. The waiting room has power and WiFi if you are waiting and the staff also recommended other local coffee shops to check out. I obviously don’t recommend a flat tire, but I do recommend going here if you are having tire issues.

Cannot make this up, these guys can't even do a 4 wheel alignment both my cars i brought in back to back. Came to get them and the steering weren't even straight, and on top of that, I couldn't get my car same day they parked it on the side walk overnight, and I come back with a parking ticket, have it to the lady up front said they'll take care of it, now it's a late fee and getting sent to collections. Horrible experience

This morning, I had to take myself to the ER and on the way got a flat tire. Needless to say I was stressed out already with the health stuff and having to deal with a flat on top of it was a lot. I had it towed here because I had a flat last year and remembered Genesis being both helpful and kind, so it made sense for me to bring it back to the same place. When I got there, she was here again and so great to work with. I left my car with their team and when I came to pick it up, everything was taken care of and so easy that I got in my car afterwards and cried from relief of how wonderful that was after a long day. The guy who gave me my keys back at the end was also so incredibly kind and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Genesis + team for making something that started off as overwhelming to be so much easier.

Worst experience ever. I came for my appointment at 8 am for new tires and lugnuts and when I get there they told me they don’t have the tires I ordered that I originally asked for that they have cheaper tires with less warranty and quoted me 200$ more than over the phone I told them I’m not paying that and they lowered it. Three hours later still hadn’t brought my car to the front. So I asked about and the lady at the front gave me attitude as if I hadn’t been waiting. She finally checks me out and when I go outside I notice the lug nuts hadn’t been changed which I was told by multiple car shops they needed to be changed so I go back in to ask and she tells me no we didn’t change them because they’re fine??? I asked you guys to change them and you told me it would be free due to me buying my tires. So she gets an attitude with me storms off and I hear the car guy go oh we didn’t have them. Tells me she’s going to get the general manager. The general manager comes I explain and he tells me it’ll take 1 hour to get them changed so I leave and come back 3 HOURS LATER and they still have my car parked in the parking lot and when I ask he tells me ohh well get that done. Took another hour to leave. I was there for a total of 7 hours !! No discount no apology just a rude lady at the front giving me attitude every time I had a question.

This location has the laziest and incompetent workers I’ve ever experienced. I drop my car off and ask for a VEHICLE INSPECTION. I explain the issue. The girl only picks up certain words of what I said. I call back 3 hours later and ask about my car, the guy on the phone has no clue about it but manages to find it and says they’re “working” on it now. I show up an hour later before they close cause I received no call and the girl hands me my keys and says nothings wrong at all only thing is the ignition coils need replaced. I mentioned ignition coils when dropping off cus I JUST got them replaced by a different shop the day prior. So I know they don’t need replaced. She claimed my tires were all fine despite the one being plugged and leaking air due to a nail. And claimed they performed a full vehicle inspection despite me knowing I need new front brakes and an alignment. They didn’t check my car at all nor price me or even offer to fix the alledged coil”issues” they found. These people are the laziest and most incompetent “mechanical” workers I ever experienced and I wasted a whole day and uber money having my car there instead of taking it to Firestone to actually be assessed properly. Believe the reviews. Can’t even make a complaint cause there’s 0 record of me being there.

We've been taking our cars here for years, but after today we'll be finding a new tire location. I came in this morning to get 4 new tires, and at both drop off and pickup my interaction with another employee was interrupted by a second employee named "Emmanuel". Emmanuel butted in both times without being asked by either myself or his co-worker, and both times it was just to be rude, dismissive, and try and charge me more than the sales pricing on the website indicated. The most egregious example of this was when I picked up the vehicle and asked simply why $712 in tires was being billed at $971. Pretty standard question, I thought, as the Veteran's Day pricing came with several discounts. But instead of explaining, he interrupting my question with abrasive comments, telling me I'd misread the bill. I never did get him to answer how so. Just more defensiveness, hostility, and aggressiveness from him. Eventually I just paid and left. I still suspect that that terrible behavior from him was to make me uncomfortable enough that I wasn't able to get the sales pricing we'd agreed upon when I left the car. So unless you enjoy being insulted, and ripped off, I'd avoid Tire Discounters. At least as long as this particular employee is there.

We brought my father-in-law’s car to Tire Discounters after the tire suddenly lost pressure and we suspected a nail. Emanuel, the service writer, and Cox, the technician, were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, and had us in and out very quickly. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and they left a great impression on my father-in-law during his visit to Nashville. We truly appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and great customer care. Highly recommend!

BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS VENUE!!! 🚨🚨🚨 THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR WELL BEING OR SAFETY!! GM EMMANUEL is a problem. Hello, I’m writing regarding a very unfortunate and disappointing experience at your Church Street location in Nashville, Tennessee. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Later, I received a call from the General Manager EMMANUEL recommending new brake pads and rotors. Orignally appreciated the transparency and, as a trusting customer, approved the $1,000 repair (with over $400 of that being labor). I was told around 4:00 PM on Friday, 10/24, that the work would be completed within 90 minutes. When I asked if I could leave the car overnight, I was told, “No—the General Manager doesn’t allow overnight parking.” However, after arriving at 5:30, I received no update until 6:40, when I was informed that there was an issue with the front left rotor and that my car would, in fact, need to stay overnight. That was frustrating enough, as it directly contradicted what I’d been told earlier. The following morning, I picked up my vehicle. Within just five miles of driving, I began hearing a loud crashing sound—one that turned out to be a lug nut falling off of the break Pad causing it to dislodge. This caused my car to come to a complete stop in traffic. I was barely able to steer it off the highway safely. Your team later had to tow the vehicle and repair the damage they caused. Despite the dangerous nature of this incident and the clear negligence involved, the General Manager EMMANUAL showed little remorse and offered only “a couple of free oil changes” as compensation for what could have easily resulted in a serious accident. IN ADDITION HE ACCUSED ME OF BEING RACIST WHEN I EXPRESSED MY DISPLEASURE (which I was respectful and fair about) What a cop out and a joke for someone who provided absolutely terrible service. I don’t typically leave complaints—especially as someone who also runs businesses—but this was a grossly negligent and unsafe experience that put me directly in harm’s way on a busy game day in Nashville. I’m sharing this because I don’t want any other customer to go through something similar. UPDATE: TRISTAN ORIGINALLY CALLED ME and apologized for Emmanuel’s lack of sympathy and offered me a $200 refund and 3 oil changes or new tires. 16 days later I have yet to see this refund and the regional manager Tristen actually seems irritated with me for their mistake. I also went in to honor my offer for a new tire (on 11/15 which was said on the phone and they refused and offered half off) when going to retrieve my car at 12:30 EMMANUAL Lost my keys, Got very flustered, told me Im a liar and tried to offer me someone else’s keys multiple times. (Please watch cameras) PLEASR SEE PICTURES BELOW AND I WOULD LIKE TO BE CONTACTED BY SOMEONE ON THIS EXECUTIVE TEAM. I HAVE NO INTEREST IN THE REFUND BUT I WANT THIS TEAM TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND THE SAFETY OF THOSE LIVES AROUND YOU!!!!! As another reviewer left, this is the most incompetent, unqualified and lackluster location I've ever done business with!! GM EMMANUEL, could care less about the quality of service nor does he provide adequate oversight to regulate this low quality crew he supervises!! I had my initial brakes done with them two weekends ago. As soon as I left, after they did the repair and the supposed test drive, I hear it's blinking noise but didn't return because they were about to close. I took my vehicle on that following tuesday, for them to tell me Hardware was missing and they would take care of it. They repair the so-called issue, less than a week later my brakes went completely out with myself and 1 yr. old son in the car, and I almost ran into the back of someone!! Come to find out, the negligence and incompetence of this amateur team, almost cost us our lives and potentially someone else's as it was realized they did not place my brake line where it needed to be placed. Causing it to rub against my tire, creating a hole in the brake line, leak brake fluid in cause my brakes to go completely out! No sympathy, this man begins discussing how they have won awards when I began explaining my issue and aggressively addressing how incompetent and disqualified This Crew is. Didn't take any accountability, Cavalier attitude, I would never return to this location ever again. They're used to always be a way to get in, or you used to have to set an appointment. Now, they're almost always available to service your vehicle. Why? Because their reputation has gone to shit and people are moving away from this trash location Karma that has absolutely nothing to offer other than siphoning money from your hard work and pockets and leaving you with a bigger mess than you started with. Believe the bad reviews, the good ones are a farce!!! DO NOT ALLOW THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE. I DO NOT CARE HOW SIMPLE THE REPAIR/S. GO ELSEWHERE!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
