I decided to go with this company to get my car fixed since many of my customers have good things to say about their work. My car was in an accident back in April. They told me that the damage was minimal and they could get me in and out right away. However, I couldn't get them to work on my car. I had a check from the insurance company and I literally tried to pay them to repair the minimal damage. I called every week and sometimes twice a week to try to schedule a date, but they kept giving me the run around. I understand the body repair industry is very busy, but they didn't communicate anything to me, but lied to my face. "I'll call you right back", "I'm trying to copy down your information, because the pdf won't copy", and many other excuses. Well it's now August and I still haven't heard from them. It takes alot for me to complain, but I really felt like they did us wrong. If you didn't want to work on my car, just say that. I omitted alot just to touch the main point. Thank you for your time spent reading this.

I am typically wary of anything dealing with cars because I feel sometimes I get taken advantage of. Not here at Gerber! The service was outstanding. Leslye made sure to not only give updates on my car, but she remembered my 3 month son in our dealings as well. David saw that I had change in the car and was trustworthy enough to say I may want to take that with me! Of course, the car is looking great, too! Thank you, Gerber, for giving me faith in a car company. We will come back if there is a need!

I turned in my car to Gerber in the location of Charlotte Pike due to the fact of a crash I went through we did have some bumps in the road due to part issues as Kia cars normally have and to a bad snow storm but they made it worth the wait I appreciate them working on my car.

I really enjoyed my experience with this Gerber Collision. I came with a small collision issue and I needed to wait for the manager which I didn’t mind. As I waited (for only a small amount of time) the nice lady at the front offered me water and coffee for the inconvenience which I thought was super sweet. Once the manager, Courtney, took a look at the issue he got me together right away. Thank you Gerber Staff!

After I got rear ended, these folks fixed my car in under a week. They took care of all paper work with the insurance co and kept me informed of progress. My car looked so good I didn't even recognize it when I went to pick t up. They cleaned the entire car after repairing and repainting it, even detailed the inside. They went the extra mile with customer service. They left a personalized note thanking me for my business. Super friendly staff actually called me later to ask if I was satisfied with the service. :)

I had a small fender bender. Minor damage on a rear side panel. They were quick and flawless. My husband said there was a scratch when I brought the car home. I made a comment in their review. I was immediately called and went back to the garage where they buffed out what was not a scratch, but a smudge of dirt. Sorry Gerber, I blame the husband. Excellent service and work. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately writing this to hopefully help anyone with a newer vehicle in the nashville area. Brought my jeep grand cherokee 4xe into the shop months after my crash due to limited availability. After the shop took months longer to fix my vehicle than what they quoted me, i was given back my vehicle with damaged parts still attached as they said they were waiting for parts on back order. Fast forward to now 6 months later, I am still waiting on my vehicle to be fully fixed even though i received a call that the part was in and getting painted (2 months ago). The only way i was able to make progress was by stopping over at the collision center to confront them in person. DO NOT RECCOMMEND this location at all unless you have an older vehicle that doesn’t need to look nice. If you want to be out of a vehicle for months definitely check these guys out.

I had a great experience getting my car repaired here! They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process, got the repair done earlier than expected, and were so nice to work with. They went above and beyond to give me a ride to the rental car place when the rental place cancelled on me last minute, and even repaired a part of my car that wasn’t damaged in this claim incident. Overall great people (especially Courtney) and i’d highly recommend them for your repair needs!

How come you talk to a customer, schedule an appointment and then not put it into your system and say there was no appointment taken? The other location of Gerber was much much better. We fully expected to be frustrated and disappointed while navigating collision repairs for a nearly brand new vehicle, but the Gerber employees were totally amazing. They helped us understand and navigate auto insurance issues, they were extremely attentive to detail in all of the repairs, and their communication skills are what really set them apart. I've been to this body shop twice for minor issues. The first involved replacing a rear spoiler on a minivan. The work was done well, quickly, and on budget, so when another minor issue occurred, I returned to the same shop. A front spoiler had been damaged and the reconnected it with new fasteners, buffed out most of the damage, and refused payment. Really amazing. With 2 teenage drivers, I'm sure I'll be back!

I had an excellent experience with Gerber! Brian did a wonderful job communicating with me and John did a top notch paint repair! The entire process was seamless, they even helped me coordinate the rental car pick up/drop off from the Enterprise up the street! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend and return again. And Im amazed at the paint job...check out the before and after...its like nothing ever happened!! My car looks as good as new!

First, they had my truck for 5 months and during that time my radio got stolen and they replaced it and now I don’t have my backup camera which I had it and it worked well because my husband really liked that . The rear view mirror was missing and they said it wasn’t there when they got the truck and um, what the heck!!!! It was involved in an accident and I m sure upon impact it got hit and between rescuing my husband from the accident that was involved the truck hitting a guard rail head on! The General insurance was worthless and then I had my truck go where The General uses for repairs and I am not familiar with body shops around here as I was grieving the loss of my husband from injuries sustained in the accident, I was burdened by the lack of communication with the insurance company and then the shop stating my car was almost ready at the end of February, but the next day called and told me about a problem with a part no where to be found and then lack of communication with my vehicle in the shop for 5 months and I was so upset and my truck doesn’t drive smooth, it makes a noise that wasn’t there before and no word on the rear view mirror! Go elsewhere and get service you deserve!
