After an accident that involved complex bodywork, we were amazed at the accuracy of the repair. Moreover, we had not realized that an inspection sticker had to be updated, but the crew here did and updated it. And the cost of it all was surprisingly low. Many months later, we noticed a problem with the steering and brought it to Manhattan Auto. The car was taken for a test drive and the problem was noted and solved – at no cost at all. Whenever a car has a problem, the stress factor is high, but here it is reduced to a minimum. Even the charming, bilingual receptionist, Denise, made the paperwork easy.

Fantastic experience here with my Bentley Continental. Rich and Louis went above and beyond to check every aspect of the car after a bumper accident. As it turns out, there was more damage than meets the eye. The guys worked with insurance to get the entire incident covered, including hidden problems, and return the car to me like new. I will continue to use Manhattan Auto Service and Bodywork for all of my exotic cars for maintenance and bodywork!

After their technician screwed up my my windshield fluid pump system, I was told to send them the bill once I got it fixed at another shop. When I sent them the bill, not only their memory was shot, but their refused to reimburse claiming that I probably edited the invoice. The name and phone number of the shop I went to is on the invoice and I even provided a contact name. Both Rich and Luis were aware of the situation. They chose not to answer me anymore. Would not recommend.

This place will tell you anything to get a sale and then over charge your insurance. This got me dropped from my insurance and jeopardized my lively hood as I need to drive to work. They didn’t even complete all the service and repairs that they told me they would. I was and still am totally dissatisfied with the services I received. Please read the fine print and do your own due diligence so you don’t fall for this scam. Buyer beware!

Brought in my Range Rover sport 2016 supercharged. Did a complete 100K miles service plus a complete new brake system. Left the car for 24 hours and now is running like new. Experience staff, and Louis always ready to work with you. Had to return for minor brake adjustment and did it a no cost. Also they take you to nearby transportation.

This is the best auto shop in Manhattan. They are the kindest people; they will save you money. I brought my car in after getting a quote that it needed $5000 worth of repairs and replacement parts. They quickly disavowed me of this. I ended up only needing to replace a muffler and a fan belt, which cost me $600 Then, when I brought my vehicle in again and discovered I needed $3500 worth of necessary repairs, they without accepting any payment from me, researched a quote for the vehicle trade-in- let me keep it at the garage for a full two weeks for free, while I made a decision about whether or not to buy a new car. When I found a used one, they then set up the pick up of the old car for me . When I pressed Louis to accept some payment for doing all this work and research for me and then giving me really good unbiased advice as to what action I should take, He refused to take anything. He said I’m just doing my job. I said you’re doing your job for free, and he smiled. Then, as we were prepping my car to be picked up , one of his mechanics just offered to buy it from me, paying several hundred dollars more than the trade-in was going to give me . Louis also knew I was recently widowed. And expressed condolences, didn’t try to talk me into or out of anything. This shop is kind, decent, and honest. What more could you ask for? Please go to them. I got really swindled before. There are good people in this world.

I have a 2014 c300 MB My vehicle has major electrical issues. From corroded harness , SAMF module, electric shifter issues and more. No one wasn't able to repair this, but I found this place via Internet and met a guy name Andy. Which he was immaculate, and got the job done and more. My car now runs smoothly , plus they fixed my hanging number for free . I would give this place 100/ 100. Y'all visit Andy , he is the best and he keeps u posted with every step of the way. I'll be going back for more work .

The 2016 Range Rover Sport Supercharged has undergone significant servicing, with costs approaching $6,000.00, and continues to experience brake-related issues. Further expenses include the replacement of the oil suspension pump and lines, exceeding $6,000.00. Currently, a humming noise is emanating from the rear, potentially indicating a problem with the rear transfer case. Prior to this, there were no brake squeaks. The brake discs were resurfaced, and new brakes were installed less than 7,000 miles ago. Discrepancies exist regarding the vehicle's mileage, with conflicting reports of 180,000 miles versus the actual 111,000 miles. The lack of consistent communication and the expenditure of $10,000.00 have resulted in considerable frustration. The extended service .duration of one month for parts and the perception of unfair treatment are also concerning. My truck has appointment at a range rover dealership next week amd I we will everyone update. Please stay away from these people. I see reviews and I just dont understand what os happening there now. Be very careful.

I've used them for a few years for maintenance on both of my Rovers and I can't recommend them highly enough. They do fantastic work and are honest with their estimates and don't quote a ton of things that aren't necessary. Their prices are reasonable and they're efficient with their work. Arrived in NYC after driving from CO, and the radiator let go. Manhattan Auto repaired my car and replaced a couple of other things that I knew needed to be done. They did a great job, and had me on the road after a couple of days. We drove back to CO this week with no problems. My Honda. Has 369,000 miles and I'm so glad she's still running. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks for keeping me on the road.
