★☆☆☆☆ I bought a fuel injector from them for my car. They said it was brand new, but when it arrived it was very obviously used and just cleaned up. I called him to explain the situation and he immediately accuses me of trying to defraud him by returning a used part in place of the "new" part he sent me. Eventually after a few more phone calls and reassurances that I wasn't trying to scam him, and that maybe it was just a mistake on his end, he told me to send the injector back and he'd refund me because they take "customer satisfaction very seriously". So I sent it back, even paid for return shipping. Stupidly, I paid using Zelle (probably the red flag that I should have seen) and so now I'm out the money, AND the part lol. And I can't dispute the payment because Zelle is peer-to-peer. learned my lesson.
