I have recently discovered Joe Martin and his team. I have finally found a reliable and honest team. Joe explained, in words I could understand, what my car needed and why. I found everyone to be professional and polite with a friendly smile. The icing on the cake was the text after to see how I thought the car drove. Extremely happy with the service at this shop. The techs and service pros explained each service and all parts recommended, then walked through the bill, with options, prior to completing the work. They recommended only what was needed and provided the option, with zero pressure, to get additional services completed. They explained the importance of each service, including triaging what was urgent, needed but can wait, and what was extra preventative maintenance that could wait longer. I believe that, not only did I get a fair price for services, I also got a clear explanation of the process and each component of the final bill. I will definitely be going back here for all of my auto service needs.

Great people amazing work ! They put a new electric box and rewired everything back to where it belonged my car was turning off in the middle of the road due to electrical issues but Javier & Deam and the whole team made sure my car was back on the road with no problems they work supper fast as well which is always a plus !
