I'm not from the Syracuse area, so I asked friends for recommendations and ended up finding Masello's. I was worried that as a young female who knows very little about cars I would be taken advantage of and overcharged, but that was certainly not the case. I was very happy with the service. Very professional, friendly, and Tony clearly cares a lot about providing good service for his clients.

Very professional. There was a mix up in the price to put my used tire on my car. I was told one price when it was actually $5 more. The owner didn't even argue with me. He accepted the lower price. Now THAT'S how you treat customers. He's got my business from now on.

I've been taking various vehicles to Masello's for years, and have been pleased with their work, advice and recommendations. They've always been friendly, prompt with their repairs and services, accurate with their estimates, and fair in their pricing. They're conveniently located just off I-690 and Teall Ave, in Syracuse, so dropping off and picking up vehicles has been easy... All 'n all - I'd highly recommend them. Keep up the good work folks! I would rate Masello's 10 stars if possible. I have an SUV with very low mileage and for the last six months I have been in and out of the dealership (thinking the repair would be under warranty) because my battery kept dying. The dealership couldn't identify the problem and would try a repair on a part but the car would still die out. I was at the point to just sell at a loss because I needed a reliable vehicle for work. I decided to try Masellos as a last resort. Dropped the car off and he called two days later. He had diagnosed and repaired the problem. My car is running great. Masello knows cars and has high standards, he is the best and I highly recommend his garage. The bill was so reasonable, I can't say how thankful I am.
