After my battery died and I had to leave my car there after hours, they started working on it ASAP, before I even called! They also saw a few other issues that I knew I had and offered to also repair those within the day. They made sure to explain everything and I appreciated the link with the photos and comments to get a better understanding of the issues at hand. I was able to get a new battery, 2 new tires, alignment for all tires, and an oil change for around $1,100 and they also washed and vacuumed my car free of charge! They were kind, quick, and knowledgable; I have found my permanent car maintenance place!

Also, a shoutout to the other representative Jesse who assisted someone else while I waited and was super detailed and helpful with their repairs. I finally decided to give Master Car Care & Collision a try after getting their postcards for a couple of years, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve now taken both of my cars in, and the service has been top-notch each time. Alex, the service advisor I worked with, really stood out. He took the time to explain everything clearly, broke it down by priority, and even helped me work out the best cost plan to get things done right. From the moment you walk in, you’d think you were at a high-end dealership, maybe better. They make it easy: drop off your car, and they’ll cover a LYFT ride to get you home (and back again when your car’s ready). That alone is a huge convenience. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the customer service. Alex even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Now that’s rare these days. They honor their coupons and offers, they remember you when you call, and truly make you feel like a valued customer. If you’re in the Heights and looking for a trustworthy place for repairs or maintenance, this is it. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Master Car Care has earned my business going forward, and I highly recommend asking for Alex!

Great people! When I dropped off my vehicle, they had a great looking waiting area I wouldn’t have minded staying in, but I already had a ride waiting for me, not knowing Master Car Care would offer me a ride home while my vehicle was serviced. I was having battery issues and my vehicle would unexpectedly not turn on. Turns out the issue was just some loose terminals. The crew tightened them and didn’t charge me a dime due to the service being so minimal. I would’ve expected to still pay for the diagnosis & labor, but they sent me on my way after being happy to help. Will come back 100%

My vehicle needed some general maintenance and they identified a couple of trouble items that would have escalated future repair costs if not addressed. Priced at the very high end of the independent shop market. Had multiple repairs done there. They are priced above dealership high end fair pricing. Disregard any reviews that mention affordability or fair pricing. They are far above fair market pricing per ChatGPT. Went to another recommended shop known for quality work in the same neighborhood and got quoted exactly HALF of the remaining two jobs I have left to repair. Saving $1300! No problem with quality or service provided. Top ratings for service and quality just not affordable.

My son Matthew recommended Master Car Care after they gave him the most honest 40 point inspection. No hard knocks, sells. Just honest. When I was greeted by Tyler Hunter, I knew he was an honest man. He showed me the shop, again I knew this was going to be my shop. All so neat, clean and very organized. Two days later when all the work was completed. Again the great attention to detail. My 2010 suburban came out looking exactly like when I drove it out of the showroom floor. I brought my 2008 Miata to the shop after it had been in an accident. I also had some maintenance done at the same time. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Ford and his team on the collision side carefully repaired my car and made it look brand new. Donnie and his team on the maintenance side gave me really trustworthy advice and they did a great job as well. I know I can trust these guys, and it is such a relief to have found a high-quality shop like this. Even better that they are in my backyard!
