Yesterday as I was leaving work and i saw my tire was low. I went to the nearest gas station and put air in it. And then search for the nearest tire place. This shop came up in the search results, but it closed in 10 minutes. I got there three minutes before closing and the gentleman there was so nice. He was willing to stay late and help me. He wasn’t able to patch my tire because of where the hole was but he quickly sold me a tire and made sure everything was OK. I really appreciate the fast friendly service that I received here yesterday.

Honest mechanics come 1in a million. This place is that one! I brought my car for ac repair last yr. I brought my son for his ac a couple months ago. I thought he only repaired ac. I’ve been going to another mechanic that every time he fixed something my check engine light was on in 1 day for something else. My wheel started wobble bad & the other mechanic said it’s my axle. My son said stop going there & I came back to josue thinking he knew someone honest like himself if they didn’t work on it. He just looked at it & said it’s a bad tire. I was shocked. I’m a widowed grandmother & people take advantage. I will be coming here for any issue & highly recommend!. I want to add to previous review to just say that my ac went out in my car in June in Houston and I needed a compressor and a head light. Louis had bought the business from the previous owner ( who was great I said in 1st post) and I was so relieved that Louis & his mechanics were honest, fast & has my ac back blowing same day. I told him I was getting a Uber to pick up my car and he brought it to my house. I’m very satisfied all around

These people destroyed my car. Took it here to get fixed and they destroyed it. Told me it was the core, two weeks after having my car and claiming they didn’t know my number. Then they said oh it’s not the core it’s the transmission. No thank you, I sent AAA to get my car and take it to another mechanic. The new mechanic said what they didn’t break, everything is taken apart. I was quoted 700 dollars just to replace what they broke and took apart, before he can tell me the original problem. I should have taken my car when they called and said they couldn’t find the keys. DONT WALK RUN. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR. I’m filing with the Better Business Bureau. THEY ARE SCAMMING..

The first time I took my car for an oil change the older men did an awesome job DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES! Took my car for the second time and the young fella did the oil change as time went by I noticed the screw wasn't screwed tightly. Took it the third time for an oil change giving them the benefit of the doubt and who I'm guessing is the owner of the shop told us it was loose and it usually happens. One month later WHAT A COINCIDENCE my car is now making noises and come to see I have a woodwork screw instead of a plug screw! So I checked my oil and it's completely low. I'm sure they will respond with "it wasn't us" or "bring it in to check" or go to an extent asking "are you sure you brought your car here?" Nope i gave this place two chances after the first time. Not trusting them with my car again! My husband even asked the "owner" if he can please do it himself, yet after we made the complaint about the young fella the "owner" still put him to do the work. Again giving chances and that was a big mistake! Oh lets not forget the "owner" left the shop while this young fella did the job! Advice to the "owner": stay in the shop when the customer complains about a worker, make sure the job gets done right and the proper screws are used. And lets say you did see a screw that was not meant for the car you couldve spoken up! But no one said anything, i will admit the "owner" was nice and let us know about other issues. Why i say something would have been said because the "owner" checked the screw before the oil change. No excuses. Sucks because this place is so close to us and due to my first experience i really wanted this place to be my go to mechanics.
