We've had both of our family cars in once, always after some sort of detail generating event (sick kid, large soda spill). They come back looking brand new. I could not be more satisfied about the quality of the work. The only bad part is a have to let the children back into the car at some point.

I took my 2008 car in to TJ in some desperate help!! After a can of coke was shook and sprayed covering the entire interior, I was unsure if all the damage could be undone. I was wrong!! I was overly impressed with his work and he went above and beyond and treated my car with a sparkling exterior wash (which he did out of kindness). Highly recommended!!! If I would give him 10 stars, I would give him all 10!!!

JD took care of my truck. I think he's a great guy and he went above and beyond. It looked really bad before; now people actually double-take when they walk by it. I wasn't expecting that (it's an old 1994 Ford Ranger). When you find servicemen this helpful and nice, you're lucky. I hope this review helps him to get more business, because he deserves it. Can't thank these guys enough for the great service! I was traveling through Chico from Oregon and had a little incident occur which left quite a mess to deal with inside my brand new Toyota Tacoma. Called in on Saturday morning just after these guys opened and they got me right in and had my truck cleaned inside and out within a couple hours. The crew was friendly and the price was fair. Thanks guys for making it easy!!

Went in to request a quote for water damage on my vehicle caused by a third party. Their customer service was exceptional. Unfortunately, I cannot attest to their detailing service itself as I was dictated to go to a different detailer. JD the owner is a lovely and very personable. He has a real heart to service his customers, and really puts his full effort into doing a quality detailing job. He recently did a full interior and partial exterior on my family minivan (2 Jr Highers and a 9 year old ride in this thing). He did such a beautiful job absolutely stunning, and I wouldn't have known that he hadn't done a full exterior as well. I went from having something I was ashamed to drive around in to something I feel really good about 💜 Almost 4 weeks later, it still looks lovely, and I've continued to motivation to keep it looking good. I couldn't be more thankful.

Masters Auto Detail did an amazing job! I had removed some graffiti (using a bit of carb cleaner) and there was a white smudge remaining. He buffed the whole trailer and coated it with the Ceramic Pro wax. It looks good! The damage is almost completely invisible and now it's better protected against any more tagging. He even got all of the ugly aluminum streaks out that I couldn't wash off. The trailer looks new. So glad. Wish I had before photos. The owner is very accommodating and knows his stuff with over a decade of experience. We will definitely be taking our other cars here soon as we can. Thank you!

I have brought a few cars to JD and have always been so impressed with his work. He communicates well what the price will be before hand and is always so kind and hard working. My car looks brand new after I left the windows down during the storm. He was also able to get about 4 years of farm dirt out of the carpet.
