Extremely pleasant experience from the time I called. Asked about how to use my warranty and they told me they would be able to help assist immediately. Diagnosed my car and sent me pictures of everything. When it came time to fix the issues, they gave me the best quote in town and fixed it the very next day. Be careful with these guys. Asked for a quote on my 135i to change the injector rings and they quoted me $1800 as if I was stupid. Called 2tech automotive and they quoted me $500 for the same job. Called another shop just to confirm prices and they too quoted me $500. These guys will take advantage of you if you let them. Make sure you call other shops before you let these guys take your car. Pure rip off artists. Make sure you check the low ratings. Not kidding they do this to so many customers. These guys are scam artists. Do not take your car here you've been warned. The owner tried to reply and tell me injectors are so finicky and blah blah blah. He's a liar and if you check the low reviews, im one of dozens of ppl they've done this to. Do not take ur car here guys. I'm serious. Major scam company.

I have been taking my pretty 2005 BMW X5 to European motorsports For about four years now. The old X5 is now almost 20 years old and running very well, thank you. I have found that BMW repair and parts costs are fairly expensive, but not nearly as expensive as car payments and warranty expenses. Kenny and the gang have been doing a very good job for me.

Nice people but they don’t really know much about older cars. My old e30 was having an idle issue and I had an idea of what was wrong but I didn’t want to throw parts without diagnosing so I figured I’d take them to professional rather than listen to people from online forms. They initially told me they can provide me a solution even if they can’t find parts if I gave them time. After 3 or 4 weeks 2 different techs called me with 2 different proposed solution to the vehicle with 2 different invoices. Of course it was the "solution" from generic online forms and I had to pay higher invoice.

I have a premium car, that requires premium parts and mechanics, and these come at a premium price. Unfortunately at this shop I just dont get the premium service I'm accustom to receiving from premium shops, but they sure charge the premium price. You know that saying "you get what you pay for" ....not here. Update: to be clear i have never had a problen with parts provided by this shop. It is strictly the service. I have several examples i wont go into but ill briefly explain the one that prompted me to write the review. I took my car in before a 1300 mile road trip to get the alternator replaced. They did squeeze me in, they did fix my problem. They also did the courtesy checks, filled my AC frion, etc. So i trusted that i was good to get on the road. If i hadnt just been to the mechanic i would normally check things myself before a roadtrip. Long story short, after a tire blow out that could have cost me and my friends life driving the winding mountains of WA, i discovered the tires were so bald on the inside edge that the wires were coming through. I had recently paid something crazy like $700 for them to align my wheels, so why were they worn so unevenly?? Why wasnt this even mentioned at my pre-roadtrip visit?? When they did the alignment they said they "couldnt quite get them dialed in" but made very light of it and said they should be fine. So after this blow out fiasco i find out they were way off and had been aligned 0% !! THE GUY AT DISCOUNT TIRE took the time to look up a part i needed to fix the alignment issue and explained even though he couldnt order or install said part, my mechanic should. Mind blown. If European had just said they didnt get the car aligned and NOT CHARGED ME or even offered to diagnose or fix the alignment problem, alot woukd be different. Props to discount tire.

I have a 2012 mini cooper, had issues with key fob and battery, I have had really bad experiences with mechanics and really didnt want to deal with any but i called European motors and talk to Kenny, who was very informative and explained things to set my mind at ease. I am so glad I took my car to them, they kept me up on pricing so I wasn't slammed with a bill, they did a good look over on all my concerns and told me what can wait and what needed done.
