Recommend by my insurance…. Worst decision ever made. Lost my some car in claim. Place can’t hold firm to an estimate… kept adjusting higher multiple times never doing work! Terrible customer service!

Great place to get your car and also found out that they also go through your insurance and can repair your side by side. Did a great job repairing my Buick after a hit and run. Then also repaired my Canam maverick X3 after an accident. Highly recommend them 👌

My co-worker recommended Coach Works when other repair shops said it would be weeks before my car could receive repairs from a mishap with a deer. They were able to set up an appointment right away and got it done quickly and did a great job! Taylor went above and beyond to find the right parts (a set of very nice insurance quality recycled headlights) for the repairs since we requested that we wanted the headlights to match (ours were foggy from the Chico heat). One new HID Xenon headlight would have been over $1,110 (which the insurance would have paid for, but then we would have had a new one and an old one on the other side). The cost to us ended up being even less that they quoted us which was a fraction of the amount a new headlight would have been. Great Job!!!! We have already referred others to the Coach Works due to the great service we received. It's taken awhile for us to write a review, but good service should be rewarded and not forgotten! We especially love that it is a family owned business which takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction!

Coach Works is the best shop in Chico! I have brought several of my vehicles for repair and it's been a wonderful experience every time. I am very picky about my cars and Coach Works has more than exceeded my expectations. The paint always matches perfectly, the body work is impeccable, and the office staff is super communicative about the repair process. My most recent experience with Coach Works was for repairs on my brand-new Toyota Rav4. I was very concerned because my car had major suspension damage and I was worried it would never drive right again. I had nothing to worry about--Coach Works fixed my car perfectly and you would never even know it had been in a major accident. HIGHLY recommend Coach Works for your collision repairs! They have worked with my insurance company and also with me directly when I did not use insurance. Each time, it has been a wonderful experience. The repairs are top quality, and the office staff is incredibly professional. You will not be disappointed!

Give them one star, but i wouldn't even give them that. What a joke, took my vehicle to them three times after accident to get repaired, they never even did an estimate or call me back. Don't even bother with them. I can't imagine how they're in business ,they just kept saying the would contact USAA and get estimates to me and them,it's been eight months,go somewhere else

My 1967 Courgar was there for restoration. He had it over 2 years with a very little amount of work done at a very large price. There was zero communication. Sal would say he was going to do something and then no follow through. I would finally be able to reach him and he would have an excuse for why, months later he still hadn't done the next week as promised. I finally had to find another company to finish the car and to correct what he had done in less than a quality manner. He even raised the hourly rate by $30 an hour with no notification. If you want quality work and good communication, please, go somewhere else. Cliff B. Since the disaster that was my Coachworks experience. The Cougar was taken to Advance Restorations. They completed the work in a little over a year and the car is now valued at $200,000. The response that part of their problem was due to COVID is disingenuous. The main effects of COVID was long over. It became clear to me that Sal and his crew were not up to the job and didn’t want to admit it. Bottom line is if you have a vehicle that has special meaning to you, don’t take it to Coachworks, take it to Advanced Restorations in Sacramento. They told me what they would do, how long it would take and met every deadline.

This is the BEST body shop! I am so impressed! I walked in and asked for an estimate, which they gave me while I was there. I then proceeded to get my door fixed, which came out perfect!! Work was done extremely timely, absolutely perfect and you cannot meet nicer people! They gave me a ride to the rental car when enterprise never picked me up. These people know what customer service is about! I would give more stars if possible! THANK YOU SO MUCH
