Big thanks to the service given here. Had my car brought in for repairs by AAA after a crank but no start. Got a fast, accurate diagnosis, with none of the dealership typed slime. They were honest, up front, and gave me my options clear as glass. Ended up paying 150 for a new serpentine belt when they could have tried to charge me 2k for a new A/C compressor. Thank you again for getting me back on the road!

I first went there because I work nearby. Back then I had a 1996 Camry and the folks at Master Tech always did a great job at very reasonable price. This place is truly the best! The staff are kind, helpful, and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. Impressive and thankful. I was visiting from out of State when my Jeep was experiencing some issues. Looked for AAA endorsed auto repair and choose MasterTech on S. State St. Spoke to Joey who was not only courteous, but also made an accommodation to look at my Jeep for a diagnosis and repair. They did it all in 1/2 day so I could continue with my travels. The Labor and the parts were reasonable and I appreciated all Joey was able to do. I’ve been going to MasterTech for several years and couldn’t be happier. They make everything very easy, are great about calling to run through any issues they find to ask how I want to address them, and I’m always happy with the work they do. When I bought my truck it was a rebuilt title and I had another mechanic do a review before I purchased it. When I brought it to MasterTech after I bought it they went through the whole list and told me what I needed to have done, what could wait, and what wasn’t necessary. It’s fantastic to have a mechanic that isn’t just trying to upsell me.

Dennis is an extremely honest guy. We had some issues with my fuel injectors, and he was more than happy to help. When we couldn’t get it figured out, he refunded me without any hesitation. That kind of integrity is rare. I cannot recommend these guys enough—Dennis goes above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car here.
