We’re from out of state our hotel was 2 minutes away walking distance. Let me just say Todd was one of the most nicest & honest worthy person I have ever met! We needed our alternator changed out, As we where needing to get to the university @ 1245. We checked our vehicle in @ 930 it was a short time frame for him to get the part and work done! He did it! He got our vehicle back up & running and worked with us on a price as we where from out of state! Thank you so much Todd we come to Utah every other month & if we ever need anything done you’ll be our guy THANK YOU!

I was having check engine light issues due to my supposed catalytic converter according to Mark Miller Subaru. Took it to Brigham Street to get a second opinion. Todd and Mike found out it was an O2 sensor and an AF sensor pretty quickly and got it completely taken care of and haven't had any problems. They were half the price of the Dealership to take care of these problems and they were honest and up front with the problem. If you are looking for honest upfront mechanics, this is the place to go!

Todd is super helpful and fair, my family has been bringing our cars to him for everything from oil changes to warped rotors and he's always charged us a fair price and got our cars back asap, always calls me if he notices anything else wrong, always gives me all the options and pros and cons of each option. I've tried other shops, including big ones like Ken garff, and always come back to Todd - they might have a nice waiting room, but they don't respect my opinion and have my best interest in mind the way Todd does.

They are the best mechanics in the valley, without contest. They are honest, know me by name, and they always do what’s best for my car. I’ve only ever had to change my alternator from a bad factory battery, and I ruined a tire sensor, other than that I haven’t had any major costs because they maintain my car well, and only put quality parts on my car. When I grew up in southern Utah as a teenager my dad always used to complain how he missed having them as his mechanic, I never understood until I moved to salt lake again. About a year ago i got a flat tire on the weekend and another tire place wanted to charge me a ton of money to replace all my tires because they only use small plugs. I opted to wait it out until Brigham street opened on Monday. Sure enough the patched it, and I still have that set today. They’ve saved me.

You will never find a more trustworthy and honest mechanic shop. Call ahead of time to inquire about availability. They are constantly busy, so they may not be able to work on your car immediately. The mechanics are seasoned and very polite. They are very good about assisting with issues over the phone and can, in most cases, inform you of what could be the problem just by discussing symptoms over the phone. They never do more work than what is needed and are always honest and upfront about pricing and estimated work times. Thank you, Todd and your family, for always being so amazing for our family. We don't see each other often, but that's also the point of what you do.

Had a flat tire, and Mike added air, and he also found that a nail was the reason for my flat tire. He was not funny, but extremely kind. He patched my car's tire, and took the nail out within a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for fast, and friendly service

Stay away from this place. Brought my rare diesel London Taxi Cab here to have oil and fuel filters changed ( I supplied the filters) and steering gear swapped out. They charged me for the labor to do said work, but didn’t even touch the car. Once I got it back, the old filters were still in place, the brand new battery I had put in was drained and dead, the outside was covered in some kind of sap that cannot be removed, and the car wouldn’t even start. On top of that, they cracked the front bumper and said that they received the car that way. Funny thing is we took pictures of the car before it was given to them for our own piece of mind and insurance (unbeknownst to them). Todd and crew are a bunch of lying thieves. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle let alone a vehicle. I have filed a claim against them through my credit card company and will be taking them to small claims court as well as contacting the BBB.

When Toyota told me I needed a new engine Todd & Mike were able to refer me to other services and I was able to continue driving my car for multiple years with no issues.
