Bayron aka Mister B First of I bought the car in March of this year! Now he had done some work before selling the vehicle to me. But it was also a trade in vehicle. Doing his due diligence and inspection he sold the car after some minor repairs! I also did my due diligence, I even noticed a bearing grind on test drive and he took care of it and let me test drive again. I still bought the car. About week later not sure if I missed it or it broke within the week. The control bracket had broken I sent a picture in and he told me to bring it down, if he was surprised! He took care of it and didn’t charge a dime . Couple months go by . I notice a couple small pin drop oil spots. He took it in, sprayed under carriage and tried repairing what he had thought was leaking. Couple weeks later noticed some more oil drops, not a ton. But just enough to see in drive way. He welcome me back with no complaints! He then did more inspections and found that the leaks was master cylinder gasket. He took whole engine out and recommended I do timing belt and water pump while the engine has come out! I said yes. He only charged for parts. All the labor was taken care of on his part. After Alm that I was stoked to get the car back! It’s driving amazing! About a month goes by and check engine light comes on and off sporadically. of course I call mr. b he says drop by anytime so I can get a read on the code. I dropped by the scanner gave a rare code ! One for a automatic transmission . But since plugged into scanner o have had no check engine light! Mister B had been phenomenal on customer service! I highly recommend his shop!

My girlfriend's used car, which we bought at another dealer, turned out to be a dud with a lot of problems. I was referred to Mister B's after antifreeze started spraying out of the hood of the car. Bayron was very thorough in his inspection and offered a good price for replacing the radiator and other components. However, in the process of fixing this, he inspected other components and found numerous other problems with the vehicle. He let me know and I gave him the go ahead to fix those items up. It was a very long list of problems the car had, and I felt like Bayron was both very transparent and very fair with the pricing for the repairs. He walked me through what exactly needed to be changed, things that no one had thought to check, and afterwards showed me the damaged components he had removed. He also let me know that if there were any problems, I should let him know and we can get it sorted out. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Mister B's, and highly recommend their shop and used cars.

Great place, I was looking for a cheap car and new to used car buying. Mister B helped me out, let me test drive it, and fixed whatever problems I thought it might have. To be honest I don't trust mechanics and to find a reliable one it's kind of hard. I have been 3 times in this place and I'm really satisfied with the job Byron and his team had performed in my car. Mister B was recommended to me by another auto shop who couldn't do a repair job they diagnosed. They recommended Mister B because everyone in the Mister B shop is honest and highly skilled. When I took my car into Mister B, I was expecting a major repair and a big bill. But they took a look at the car and realized the first shop had misdiagnosed the problem. They got me running again quickly at a much lower cost than I expected. Best of all, the Mister B shop was very polite, courteous, and helpful. I heartily reccommend them.

I am not one to usually write reviews, however I continually reminded as to why B's (Sean , Patrick and the crew) continue to go above and beyond. I have been going to B's for several years now and they really are a family business who cares for their customers. I was looking for people who would know me know my cars and be my expert. all the services they do, are high quality and I never find myself repeating the same car issues. This recent experience everyone should hear about as it shows the real care, integrity, and level of service B's has for their customers. I have a used 2008 Buick enclave, the transmission, that quit working, I brought it in to have them do a diagnostic. They reviewed the problem dug into my car and found that the issue has been under a manufactures recall, the confirmed with a dealer, that my car qualified, they set me up to get repaired under this recall. Worth every penny for the diagnostic and I appreciate the level of detail they went into for my issue. I am so glad that my family and my cars are cared for by the B's auto family. Bought a RAV4 here in 2020 with about 100,000 miles. It lasted less than 3 years of normal work-home commuting & the occasional long trip. In that time we had to repair / replace the engine mounts, the battery and the AC. We were super careful about care & maintenance but it was falling apart within a year after we bought it.

I’ve been coming to Mr. B’s auto repair and auto sales for almost 6 years now. Since I started at the U and after. He, and his right hand Elias, are hands down the most reliable, honest, and helpful people you could ask for. They will consistently go the extra mile to make sure your car is in top working condition. They’ve gracefully handled any problem I’ve thrown at them, from complete transmission overhauls to painting bumpers. They’re accurate and efficient in their diagnostics, they respond promptly to any question or request, and always deliver on what they’ve promised. Mr. B is hands on, I could never promote him and his business enough. Now that I’m moving home, I only hope that I can find someone half as good as Mr. B.

This is by far the best mechanic experience I have ever had. They are so friendly, and thoughtful. I scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change, which is a great price here. They not only changed my oil, but did so much more. They checked my fluid levels, fixed my dome light, and brake light (which was out) free of charge. They also provided fast service. Byron is a warm, friendly and great Mechanic. I took auto mechanics in high school, where we took apart a transmission. It was really complicated and it was a challenge to keep all the parts straight. Over the years, I've seen Byron take apart several transmissions and replace broken parts. It's amazing how good he is at keeping all the parts straight. (if you've ever seen a transmission disassembled you know why I'm impressed) When I want to know what's really going on with my car, he's the man I bring it to. He's as experienced at fixing cars as anyone I know - and I always save a lot going to him instead of the car dealer. Byron's shop is a simple place - yet I've always received five star service from him. I refer all my friends and family to him and everyone is happy about saving money and getting better service. Seriously, bring your car to Mr. "B" if you want to Save Money and get your car fixed by a great mechanic.

My 16-year-old needed a reliable car, since this is her first we needed something affordable but in good enough shape. Byron at Mr. B was amazing to work with. We bought a 2008 Honda CR-V. The process was easy and fast, there was a minor problem a couple of weeks later and he came all the way to our home in Herriman to check it and fix it. Mister B’s is the best! Bayron, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and a mechanic I trust. He is a honest man that’s fabulous at communicating, updating you with exactly what is wrong with you car, how long it will take to fix, and no funny business in between. He ensures you are okay with everything before he even completes the job! He went the extra mile when fixing my 2006 Ford escape driver side window by removing the immense glue reside from tape I had used to hold it up. He completed the job quickly and efficiently.
