Terrible customer service. I was put on hold for 48 minutes. And then they hung up the phone on me. And then I used a call back that they offer. And they never called back. I think they may be going out of business.

they do seem to be very interested in keeping their customers happy. The service people are always very polite. I had a issue with my door, and was concerned that it might be expensive, but apparently it was an easy fix, and they actually fixed it for free.

I have a Kia Sportage which was having a persistent problem with a TPMS light that kept coming on. It required multiple visits to determine a cause, and they even called some Kia engineers to get some help. Mario, my service adviser, was amazing, as were the technicians who worked on it. Even though they spent many hours on it, they only charged me for about 2 hours labor. I was so impressed with them!

Put 1 star cause I can't put zero stars, never post any negative reviews but, I think people should be aware that if you bring in a car that potentially has a warranty on the engine even after explaining on the phone all the details and setting up an appointment that the service manager Michael Rockel will refuse service and when you try to ask questions about there policy they kick you off the property, worst experience of my life at any dealership. Customers beware!!!!!

I recently bought a car here at Kia and started hearing a noise that didn’t belong . I brought it in and was able to have a drive along to point out the noise and they got my car in within the hour. This Is, The Worst Pl., To do Business High Call To Make an Appointment for my car oil change. They tell me they give me two oil change for $120 which I agree and I made the Appointment now that I went to for my Appointment they They change everything. They told me they cannot do my oil changing my car Bar for courtesy. They do want oil Change For Hundred Twenty Five dollars, so I asked to speak with the manager which is Mike Rocco, and he wasn’t not very nice person. I was trying to explain to what happened, and he didn’t want to listen to me. And I even asking when I call you can listen to the phone call when I made my Appointment and he told me he didn’t get no way to listen to that which is wrong, because I know they can listen to the conversations, so he told me he can help me in not do anything, but he was very rude. And then he was trying to make it up. He said I will do it for 100.

Lee was an outstanding guy!! The service was amazing! They stayed late after hours just to finish an unexpected issue so I wouldn’t have to keep my car there over the weekend. The staff even drove all the way to South Jordan just to get me the unexpected part I needed knowing they would have to stay working after closing. Great staff! 10/10

Worst experience at a service department I’ve ever experienced. First I had my car towed there a week prior I called for 2 days and they couldn’t even tell me if it was there. I drove out there and found it myself in the lot. They told me it would Be another 13 days until they could look at it to even diagnosis it. I talked to Mario the least friendly or helpful. Lavelle and Rikki were amazing and helpful as they could be… 5 stars for them. I ended up paying for another tow to another Kia dealership that was able to diagnose my car the next day and called me to give me all the info on my car.

I'm new to the area and I trust dealerships to generally take care of my car so I decided to schedule my oil change here. I've not had too much a problem waiting other places but despite making an appointment, an oil change that should probably take 20-30 minutes took about an hour 40 minutes. They have some snacks and beverages but still not ideal. It was also a little pricier than I expected ($120 with service charges and taxes etc). Next time I think my husband will just do it himself.

I've been here a few times for recalls, and warranty work and the staff is always top notch. Matt the service advisor is great and the tech Jim that test drove the car was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The way they communicate through the app and keep you in the loop on the car status is great when trying to plan picking up the car, etc.

I took my vehicle here for a recall and they are seriously top notch. Julian was there to help as soon as I drove in and he took great care of me from start to finish. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable and I was able to wait because the service took less than an hour. They performed a thorough complimentary inspection and even washed the vehicle. I took my 2016 Kia Soul in for service, and they gave me a wrong diagnosis and did a poor job. In December, they replaced the catalytic converter, which they said was faulty, but as soon as I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on, even though it wasn't on when I brought it in. I immediately returned, they hooked it up to the scanner, and said it was because they hadn't replaced the oxygen sensor on the catalytic converter. They told me to come back in three days to have the work done, and I've been dealing with the same problem ever since. Furthermore, a week ago, in January, I took it in again for the same problem and asked them to check the oil. They checked it and told me the engine needed to be replaced and that it would cost more than $7,000. I told them I would think about it and took the car out of the dealership. On the way to another shop, the oil light came on. I went to the other shop, they checked it, changed the oil, and everything was fine except for the check engine light, which showed code P0420. Last Friday, I took it to another shop for an inspection, and I have the report confirming that the vehicle only has that code. I am disappointed with the professional service at this place because they let my vehicle leave without checking the oil, even though I asked them to. If I had driven the car any longer, a new engine might have actually been necessary, since all the car needed at that moment was some oil and a repair for the catalytic converter code, which they themselves had worked on less than 30 days ago. I recommend that they perform better inspections and be more thorough and serious when working on vehicles and giving diagnoses.
