We have been here several times and are unlikely to go back. The people are nice, but we have had the following issues: * They always say they will call when the car is ready for pick up and they NEVER call when the vehicle is ready. In every circumstance we have to call towards the end of the day to find out if the car is ready to be picked up. It's usually ready, just nobody let us know. This has happened to several family members, who also will not go back to this location. * They did a brake service on my son's vehicle and installed faulty rotors that we then couldn't have fixed because my son moved out of state. It would have been nice for the work to be done correctly before he left. * This last time I dropped my car off using the key drop for an oil change and routine maintenance. I had made a morning appointment. I didn't hear anything all day, I called them about 3:00 and it was clear they had forgotten the work because the person who answered had to verify my name twice and couldn't give me an update on the work, even though the car had been there all day. They quickly did the work, when I went to pick up the car, they lost my key. I had to leave the car overnight in their unsecured front parking while they searched for the key. The next morning, I expected a call letting me know if they found my key. Nothing. I finally called about noon to find out what was going on and they said "Oh yeah, we found it, you can come pick it up anytime." For heaven's sake...call me!! This was Burt Brothers fault, and they couldn't even communicate with me then. And when I asked where they found my key, the guy I talked to couldn't give me any details. It just magically appeared. One simple thing this Burt Brothers could do to make a better impression - Communicate. With. Your. Customers.

We picked the SLC downtown Burt Brothers location because they were conveniently located near our house and work. We would not recommend it to our friends. The communication from service members was very poor. You could tell on the phone and in the shop there was contention amongst the employees. After 3 separate visits our tires were finally replaced. On check out they attempted to charge us for services not rendered and the supervisor had to be consulted. The front of the house inefficiencies have mad us doubt the quality of service on our vehicle.

Dishonest. I got new tires a couple weeks ago from here and they said I needed new break pads, rotors, and control arm bushings. Went to Toyota and they were able to do my alignment without any issues (so no control arm bushings replacement needed) and showed me the results of their alignment check before the did the alignment to compare it to the one from Burt Brothers. The Toyota one looked WAY less severe than the one from Burt Brothers (almost as if Burt tried to pass a different car's alignment for my own). Toyota also said I was nowhere close to needing new brakes. The 2 Burt employees helping me also tried to sell me an extended warranty on the tires. I said no because I was moving out of state. The employees said not to worry, they pretended to look up on their computer to 'confirm' and assured me they had lots of locations in my destination state. I looked it up after and this was an absolute lie. I would say only get tires here and don't get your car serviced but honestly, I wouldn't trust these guys anywhere near my car at all after this experience.

First off, Amanda was amazing and tried to help where she could. She deserves five stars. However, I'm giving three stars because I went in to get an alignment and some other work needed to be done. One of which was replacing an oil pan gasket. To replace a oil gasket, yu have to drain the oil and put the oil back in. They realized in the process that my oil was very dark and probably needed to be changed. They called and asked for permission to do that. I asked the price and they said $104!!! That is very expensive for an oil change, especially when most of the work was already done! All they had to do was replace the filter. Parts would be around $50 to $55, so they're charging me $54 for labor for a man to literally unscrew a filter and put one back on. All the rest of the labor is covered by that oil gasket. Also, they charged me a $25 Bay fee, which supposedly is to cover loose things like a bolt or a little oil somewhere, etc. My car did not use $25 of this stuff! And I never heard of that fee ever in my life. And I've had a lot of old cars!! All that to say, I know they tried to overcharge me for the oil change and I don't know how much they overcharged me for the work they did do.

I was pleased when I went to Burt Brothers downtown the day after I called to ask if they did safety inspections. When asked by the available rep. why I needed one, Lysle overheard and responded more quickly than I could have, that he spoke to me on the phone yesterday and got me set up for the inspection estimating it'd take an hour or so. It was done in 40 minutes! Lysle explained the results and maintenance needed on my brakes, breaking down the cost and urgency of suggested work.

This is our first time coming here and Steve absolutely knocked it out of the park my girlfriend went there for a flat and we needed to get tires. He took amazing care of us and showing us so much joy and my girlfriend said she felt so comfortable there and joyful from how he treated her. He was so positive and energetic and also was great with communication on the phone with me and walking me through the situation. we need more people like him in these positions to help people be so kind and positive.

I did my alignment here and had a fantastic experience with this location. A big thank you to Anthony! The office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile by performing a free safety/trip check to ensure my car was in good shape. They also provided a detailed explanation of all the work done, along with a printout of the adjustments. Scheduling appointments was convenient, and they finished the work right on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of specialized alignment services.

We started our 650 mile one day drive and had a flat tire. We took the car to this Burt Brothers and the service was FANTASTIC! The manager, assistant manager and the tire repair man were all outstanding. They made the repair, including unpacking and repacking the cargo area in an expedient manner. Add to that friendly service and you do not need to go anywhere else. Go to Burt Brothers at 204 E 300 S!

These guys are amazing. I have been coming here over 20 years and they have e always been friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The service manager Kurtis was extremely helpful today in helping with the issues on hand, I appreciate all he was able to do in getting the repairs done in a timely manner and keep the cost reasonable.

The work provided was done as expected, fairly priced and completed in a timely manner. Front desk was great. Reason for 3 stars is when the car was returned it was covered in oil/grease on the leather door along with the carpet. Door is easy enough to wipe off but I wouldn't expect to have to clean up a mess that wasn't previously there. Friendly reminder to employees on cleaning hands or feet would be great. Happy to provide timestamped or geotagged photos showing these were taken in the parking lot.

I had an outing with my grand daughter Just before this location was closing I pulled into this location with my 2nd puncture and trip for a fix of the day. Kurtis and the entire stayed open were so friendly and fun and helped so we could get home safely No one asked if we bought our tires here just fixed it for free. we did give the cute kid that fixed it a tip. Thank you so much Kurtis gave me his card with their number and his personal number ! awesome people
