I had no idea what was going on with my tire that kept going flat. They really took the time to explain everything how I can check in the future and what the problem was and they were able to resolve it for me really quickly. Ivan is great. ISA is a "no BS, no tricks" shop. I've been bringing my 2020 Tacoma TRD here for everything, and Ivan has always taken very good care of it. Now he's replaced the factory shocks with Bilstein 6112/5100s. Truck rides great, and he managed to do this cheaper and faster than I expected.

Ivan has saved my bacon more than once! I got run into, and my truck is a ‘96, so I wasn’t sure about getting replacement parts. At least 2 other shops couldn’t even offer a quote because they couldn’t find the axel rod. Ivan found the right part, got everything changed out and got me back on the road within days of having what we needed. He let me visit my truck while it was in the shop and showed me what was going to be done while she was on the lift. Prompt, informative service and VERY reasonably priced.

I can’t say enough good things about ISA Automotive. I’ve been going to them for years. The customer service, knowledge and skill is far above any other shop in the valley. They are patient and go the extra mile for every customer. They are also very honest and their prices are extremely fair. I’ve sent many friends and family to ISA and everyone reports back with the same experience. My brother is now scheduling his services when he visits from Montana because they were so incredible to work with and saved him a bunch of money from a dealership misdiagnosis. Ivan the owner and mechanic, is talented, honest, trustworthy and humble. You’re crazy to go anywhere else, ISA is the best.
