I had a great experience here, everyone was kind and informative. They fixed the AC in my Mini Cooper within 5 hours. Definitely will come back.

MasterWorks is a class act. Even though they couldn't help fix my vehicle, due to reasons beyond their fault, (aftermarket parts installed by me) they took the time to diagnose my issue and give me a full report out. They took the time to call me and explain, in great detail, the issues and rationale as to why they couldn't work on my truck; because they stand behind their work and want to warranty the work/parts. Clearly a well run business. I have no doubt given different circumstances they would have gotten me fixed in no time. Their property/ shop is clean, well lit, and they provide lock-boxes to lock keys in for after-hours pick-up.

Had a great experience initially when I called to make an appointment for an estimate. I get there 3/4/25 around 4pm and was told they were behind schedule and asked to come back Thursday 3/6/25 at 8am. That’s fine I just wish I was called to be notified Instead of wasting my time coming up there. I get there today Thursday 3/6/25 to drop my car off for maintenance inspection and estimate on repairs . I received a call a while later with an estimated quote for 2,000$. Which was for 4 tires, oil change, tuneup, differential fluid change and air filter swap. Initially yes I did agree to the services but after a quick conversation with family I decided to call back to cancel and pick up my car. The owner Steve told me that I was rude for doing so. I called back in literally less than 5-8 minutes so I’m not sure why that comment was necessary from him. I’m glad i decided to shop around because I went right down the street to another shop and was quoted 500$ for all services listed above minus the tires. Also was told all 4 of my tires were pretty much done for but after taking it to a tire shop I was told only the front tires 2 needed replaced not all 4. Im not trying to turn anyone away from this shop just sharing the experience that I had.

My friend recommended this shop after a bad experience at a local Toyota dealership. At the dealership, they tried to charge $200 just to check on the safety warning lights, and quoted an additional $2,000 for other maintenance. When I went to Masterworks today, they not only quickly fixed the warning light issue, but also informed me that the other maintenance the dealership had suggested was not actually necessary. They were able to resolve the problem efficiently and honestly, without trying to upsell unnecessary services. This auto shop was a much better option than the misleading and overpriced dealership.

I’ve had some bad experiences with auto shops in the past, but Masterworks has restored my faith! The staff were very friendly and transparent and they did an excellent job servicing my car! I live about 40 minutes away but taking my car to a place I can trust is well worth it! Also, the detailed report you get after an inspection (with pictures and comments) is something I haven’t seen before… all around, great experience at Masterworks!

If you happen to own a classic car, don't waste your time contacting this shop. I used to bring my car here for a number of repairs and was even able to use a loaner, but these days are long gone. Things have taken a different turn since the passing of the previous owner. I don't recommend this shop. There are better car shops around. The comment posted to my review is false. I have never done a water pump replaced in my car. In fact, I didn't even know that water pumps existed prior to reading this comment. Chances are, the current shop owner confuses me with someone else. Yes what else is new. It happened before. Think twice before deciding to bring your car to this shop.

E-Check was quick and efficient. After an automated check in, I barely had time to grab a snack and sit down when the tech told me it was done.

Masterworks is a trustworthy company, and I say this after unnecessary service recommendations from a Toyota dealership. Suspicious about the dealership, from which I always receive a $1000 bill. I took the car to Masterworks, which could have simply replicated all or part of the dealership suggestions. No, Masterworks said the car needed no service. It did not even charge for labor. Both of our cars, a Mini (already serviced by Masterworks) and the Toyota will now be seen by Masterworks for all service.

I actually should give them 5 stars due to great customer service very thorough and seamless process even finished my car two days before the orginal scheduled date. However, I had to give 3 stars (for now) because my check engine light came back on not even 24hrs later and thats the reason I took it in. They got me scheduled right away and I don't have to pay the diagnostic fee again which is a plus. One other thing is if you only have one car and you end up having to leave it at the shop for days that could get a bit crazy however, it also goes hand in hand with what appears to be the thorough part 🤷🏾♀️. So we shall see.. to be continued.....

I had a stubborn check engine light that was really hard to diagnose on my Volvo, but the team at Masterworks went above and beyond to figure it out. Steve kept me updated throughout the entire process and was incredibly thorough with his investigation. In the end, they found and fixed the issue, and the price was very reasonable considering how much time and effort it took. I really appreciate the honesty and communication—highly recommend!

I can’t recommend MasterWorks enough! I drive a 12 yr old car that I love and am hoping to keep running for a few more years. I called MasterWorks to get an overall inspection as well as diagnose an engine rattle I’ve been experiencing. The service director, Steve, was SO helpful and friendly on the phone and got me in earlier than expected, as I have an upcoming trip and he wanted to get me in before I’d be on the road. I love the diagnostic report they send you, which provides an overall health score, photos of items that need attention and suggestions of things to keep an eye on. Steve kept me updated in a timely manner and I felt like he really took his time explaining things to me and did not oversell me. The price for the work (which was considerable) felt very fair. He also didn’t push a fix on the rattle (though we did a few maintenance items to help limit the noise,) as he wasn’t concerned about it at this time and just wants to keep an eye on it. That alone gave me a lot of trust in this shop. I’d also like to note that I took my car in to another well-known local shop a few months ago and they couldn’t diagnose my TPMS issue or engine rattle, which MasterWorks diagnosed quickly. The employees I dealt with were polite and friendly, and the shop is very clean and welcoming. My car seems to be in great shape and I’m happy to have a place I trust to take it into for future oil changes and any other maintenance. I specifically want to shout out Steve again here, as he has made me a customer for life. Thank you!

I wish I liked my experience more! The pros: Great atmosphere for getting work done while I wait, helpful staff, and I really liked how everything was organized and sent directly to my phone! The cons: I was told my front brake pads were "dangerously low" to the point where it was unsafe to drive. They also recommended for my back brake pads to be changed as well. In the report there was no specific picture of the brake pads. So weird because none of the brake pads were squeaking. I talked to my dad and we decided to change the brake pads that weekend (a few days later). WOW - the brake pads were not bad at all — I saved myself about $1,000. We didn't even change the back brake pads because they were just fine. Pictured is a sample of the front brake pads (the "dangerously low" ones), so you decide for yourself. :) To the women out there like me who don't want to get taken advantage of by places like this: PLEASE consider watching a few YouTube videos and change your brake pads yourself! My little brother watched me change them and coached me through it. It was super easy and actually fun!

I loved the transparency here. I was shocked (in a good way) to get a full inspection with pictures sent right to my phone. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid, which gave me peace of mind since I’ve had bad experiences at other shops where prices changed or work wasn’t actually done. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional, and they kept their word about having my car ready the same day, even staying past closing to finish. As a woman going alone to a shop, that honesty and respect means everything. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and they really do the work and will not over charge you. My vehicle has been to the dealer and other big name companies. They handle the job and did it right.

Very honest place. I needed work done on my exhaust system, and they told me they could fix it, but they’d have to order the entire system, which would cost around $1,500. Instead they recommended a local muffler shop that could do it cheaper. I took their advice, and the repair ended up costing just $130. I’m not a car expert, so Masterworks could have easily told me the full replacement was necessary and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Their honesty means a lot, and it makes me want to come back for all of my future car services.

I scheduled an appointment. I was met at the desk by a very helpful and friendly service person, the service was done relatively quickly. They texted to let me know that my car was ready, and they even let me keep my truck there for a half a day while I was changing out cars. I found them to be good service, good customer service, friendly, and a real sense of being part of the community. Five stars.

My jeep accelerator went out while driving so I had it towed here as it was close. They fixed it within a couple days and a day earlier that they had initially anticipated which I was pleasantly surprised at at the time. My car broke down again about a week after coming here in the same way and in the exact same spot causing me to have to bring my car into a different shop as it was Sunday. In the Firestone's diagnosis they mentioned several things like oil needing a change, the "engine air filter was filthy", and that the reason my car kept shutting off was because the battery was reaching the end of it's life. I'd like to note that I paid very nearly the same price for both jobs. I appreciate Masterworks' quickness and I understand that accidents happen but I definitely wish they had taken the time to address the issue fully before returning my car to me in an "unfinished" state

Rating is 10+++. Jason and Nate were extremely nice, did not use any pressure tactics, were very transparent with photos (sent to my phone) and kept me informed. I felt they were very reliable and honest and I will trust them with my car for any future needs. As a woman, honesty, transparency and respect go a long way in making me feel comfortable. And as a side note, due to the storm, I requested picking up my car at a later date which they totally understood and Nate assisted in helping me move the car. Both individuals were very pleasant to deal with. I left knowing I found the right mechanics for my car.
