The worst car wash in town vacuums are super weak and there customer service is non existing my e break went on by accident and just ask if I can run it through again they was ready to fight Me didn't catch his name but he only has one eye. Iv bin a customer for 5 years now this is last time I'll ever go back

I came here when the self spray wash at the oil change place on Hill and Torey got too dilapidated to enter. I pulled up to the car wash and no one came out. I went in the gas station and the clerk called back to the car wash. No answer... Also the air hose has been broke for a long time. I really needed a car wash due to Michigan dirt roads so I went to Krispy clean on Bristol Rd. Krispy clean is the wash to go to. Do not go to wash world.

The guys did a great job with all of the cars today to try to get all of the ice and snow off on a 15 degree February day. They do accept CC's, just fyi. Their manager was training an employee too and really working closely with him on the passenger side, guiding him on how to get every area clean with the wash gun. This was reassuring to see that they are hands on. This was a first visit for me and I will give them another try when I am in the area.

I wanted a red car wash. When I looked at my receipt I saw I was charged for a gold. I showed it to the car wash manager and he basically told me I was a lier. He said it wasn't possible that I must have thought I selected the red but actually selected the gold. I told him I only wanted the red but was told he couldn't give me the change and I had to get the gold. He treated me like I was trying to scam him. I hadn't gotten my car wash yet so there is no reason he couldn't change it to a red. I hope they enjoy their 3 dollars they scammed me out of because they will never see another dime of my money. I see another review that had the same issue as I had. It makes me wonder how many others have been cheated by this company.

The kid washing the back of the vehicle with a brush broke my rear view camera. Called multiple times to speak with the manager and finally received a phone call from his supervisor 3 weeks later. He would not help me at all to replace the $160 rear view camera that his employee broke! Worst customer service and will not be back again and I will be letting everyone I know what horrible customer service they have.

My truck was caked in mud and they sprayed all the mud off and scrubbed it, then sent me through the car wash! They did an amazing job! Make sure you give them a tip and they will take that much longer on making sure your vehicle is clean!

I’ve been going to this car wash for as long as I can remember. One day I purchased gas and a car wash, it started raining so I couldn’t wash my car. Since that time I had went a few times for gas and a car wash. I thought I lost my receipt, and couldn’t get the wash I paid for. I found the receipt, it had been over 30 days, and had expired. I wasn’t to worried, I went in there yesterday, and explained the situation to them. I guess I was thinking customer service would win, I was so wrong. They wouldn’t honor my receipt. We were talking about $7, I couldn’t believe it, I was so disappointed. I will never go back, and I have several tokens for vacuuming. The only reason I gave 2 stars is they were nice when they told me no.

We have been a customer for over 15 years. Easily the best wash in the area. This wash has never damaged my f150 with high cap and its tall the waxes they use always leave my vehicles looking great. The bottom blast actually works here as well. Worth the trip.

Took my challenger here have never had so many scratches from a car wash. Extremely unsatisfied. Will never go there or recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want your paint job ruined this car wash sucks

This place was phenomenal! I pulled back around to tip the guys (realized I had forgotten) the one guy said "You need to pull back through, your Jeep isn't clean enough!" It was clean aside from my rear drivers side wheelwell. Anyhow inpulled back through and got a 2nd wash for free. I've been driving a Jeep for years...I've left a car wash far worse than what I would've that day...1st time I've ever has a rewash offered!

Caution. If you buy your car wash along with purchasing gas, you save about 10 cents per gallon, or about $ 2.00 on the average fill up. However, when you buy the car wash at the pump, it automatically charges you for the $ 11.00 wash, even if you push the selector for the $ 7.00 basic wash, so you get charged an extra $ 4.00 for a deluxe wash. When I discovered it, before I went to the wash, I went immediately to the clerk in the store, but she said she could not do anything about it. Update June 22. They said they have installed new pumps so this should not be an issues going forward.

Scratched the HELL out of my truck and even dented my rear passenger door. My husband was told the manager wouldn't be in until Monday and they took his contact info. The manager didn't even bother to contact us. Judging by previous reviews this is not even the first time this has happened there. Do not go there!!

Just paid $10 for a super wash. I asked the gentlemen to make sure they get the back of my truck good, as it had been left dirty at another car wash recently. Anddd of course the back of my truck was still left dirty. There was a complete dirt haze over the whole back of the truck, especially the bumper. I wiped it down with the cloth they gave me and it looked like the back of my truck had not been cleaned at all.

Using the car wash spoilt three wheels of my car. when i complained, the manager completely denied that the car wash could do so. The also charged me for the next month subscription. They did not provide me the contact details of the management and asked me to send a complaint through application. I did get the response from a supervisor who had no name and no phone number. instead they seemed to be denying their responsibility as well. Very disappointed at the company. Do not go to them for a car wash. very un professional people.

I can't deal with the owners son, Tyler, kid screwed me multiple times on my membership. Couldnt cancel it, had to stop payment from my credit card. Employees are all great, location is great, but now I have to go elsewhere.

Friendly associates. You can conveniently add car wash to fuel purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions for car washes are available. Turning left from here can be a challenge.
