Scheduled a tire change and oil change online, put in my car info and it gave me one option for the tires. When I got there they tried to put them on for 30 mins before telling me I had chosen the wrong size somehow despite there only being one option online. They told me they had different tires and then disappeared only to come back another 20-30 mins later to tell me they don’t have those either. They somehow found tires that fit. The person would constantly come and mumble something then walk off. They charged me $76 just for oil. I was not given an option on which oil I wanted for my car. All in all I wouldn’t go here, it’s expensive and the customer service leaves something be desired.

Jerred did a wonderful job today, showing that he can keep the business literally running by himself. It was his first day as store manager and he was also the only mechanic on duty. Mavis Tire Company located on HWY 72 is the place to get your Lyft/Uber Inspections. The price is RIGHT‼️💯 Walkins are welcomed. When possible they may even have an up to date inspection form. I took my vehicle to Mavis this past week for an air leak on my drivers side rear tire. They were able to get me in faster than I had imagined being that it was afternoon. The repair time was also very quick and then to my surprise upon going to the counter to pay for the service the gentleman said “Happy Thanksgiving, there is no charge for the service today”. What a blessing. I will return to Mavis for some future service requirements.

Will and Pete are hands down the absolute best and most professional technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I came in close to closing hours with an issue with my truck and they took care of it without an attitude or any issues whatsoever. I can’t think of very many places that would do that so close to closing time. With them employees like this this business will go far and the customer relations relationships will continue to move forward and a positive manner. I’ve dealt with other tire companies and normally leave like I’ve been robbed blindfolded. I highly recommend anyone looking for a professional and courteous Tire services visit this location asked for Pete or Will. These two technicians should be responsible for training all new employees on how to treat customers. Very good customer service. Gentleman was very nice and attentive to what I needed done. I came for inspection under 10 minutes. Super happy with that. No wait at all The area was clean .
