Had a fantastic experience at Mavis today. Brittany was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to diagnose the issues with my tires by a quick glance. All of the staff that assisted me were accommodating and patient while I communicated with my dad to figure out a plan of action. My service ended up being free which I’m incredibly grateful for but the price estimates are reasonable. Highly recommend coming here!! Thanks again :)

Had an extremely slow leak coming from my front driver side tire. Brought it in to locate the leak and get it patched if possible. A little nervous because I'm always told tire places try to upsell and charge more than local mom and pop shops. I shouldn't have worried. I did make an appointment and was seen promptly. They brought my car back and told me they'd look at it. They're waiting room is very clean and comfortable. A lot of space. They also have a television and clean, handicapped accessible bathrooms for both men and women. They were able to successfully patch the tire. In addition, they also filled up the other tires, making sure everything was in alignment . I was shocked and very thankful. Considering the rising costs of everything nowadays every dollar I can save is a blessing. I will definitely be coming back for any future car issues. ☺️

I’ve been meaning to post this for months now, but this place is my new go-to. This year, they have replaced all four of my tires, changed the oil in my car with no appointment and even took care of a pesky nail that got embedded in one of those brand new tires months later…for free. Everyone on their team is kind, honest and dedicated to helping their customers. They’re a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Mavis. 💙

I have been taking my vehicles to Mavis Tires for years, not only for tire related issues, but also for regular maintenance on my vehicles. I used to take my vehicles to to the Mercedes dealership and now the Honda dealership. A few years ago, the Mercedes dealership told me I needed an $1800 repair on my car. I decided to get a second opinion from Mavis, after having tires replaced and being very impressed with the knowledge and honesty, of the employees. When Mavis looked at the “supposed” problem they found the problem didn’t exist and saved me $1800. Since that incident, I have entrusted Mavis with all my car repair/maintenance needs and they have saved me thousands of dollars over the years! I have found a trustworthy business that tends to my vehicles and doesn’t charge a fortune for repairs and maintenance. Thank you guys for being a spectacular business!

I have used this business twice. Once to replace all brakes on my 2016 RAM 1500 and once for a second opinion on the brakes on my daughters 2005 Toyota Corolla. Both times I have been impressed by courtesy, reasonable assessment of situation and professionalism. No hard sell. The second opinion on the Toyota saved me from doing a brake job and the new brakes on my RAM are great. Price on RAM brakes was better than I had expected. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this tire shop. I have been here two times and each time, received top of the line vehicle service and treated with warmth and courteousness. The pricing is very reasonable, the mechanics are highly knowledgeable and genuinely seek to get the you the best value for your dollar. The waiting area has a pleasant ambiance and offers a free built in laptop work area and complementary wifi. This placed saved my trip back to NC. I was low on oil and the guy at AutoZone said to put in two quarts and check again. After I did I checked and saw that I was a quart over and wouldn't be safe to drive back to NC. It was a Sunday and I needed to get home. I dropped by mavis and spoke to Ray. I went to Mavis for an oil change, because my Scion was a few hundred miles over when I was supposed to get it changed. Chris helped me and after doing their free inspection found out that I had a valve cover leak and would need a new valve cover. Chris was very informative speaking on his own experience with his Toyota’s and after some talking they were able to get it done. I wanted to give a huge thank you to Chris and this Mavis store overall, I will gladly be coming back!

Midas on archer is the best. The staff here is so welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. I had to wait a bit longer than usual but no complaints bc they were nice enough to fit my day-of appointment. Prices are a bit high but there’s plenty of coupons on their website. They give you a quote for suggested future repairs; my mechanic was super honest about it and explained stuff in a way thats easy to understand! Will be back eventually
